The weight that I carry is the equivalent of the thoughts that have no way out. The boulders nudged in my chest are a testament to all the emotions life has handed to me from the day I was aware of who I was or wanted to be.

Because being the one who got away would imply that there was a desire to be here in the first place.

I got stuck.
