This is more a request that minors not interact with the post itself. obviously it's unrealistic to expect zero interaction from minors or for them to never read or view your posts.

A lot of people care about this because it makes them uncomfortable and to each their own.

Naturally I'm of the opinion that the idea that adults are the only human beings allowed to explore their sexuality is a major fallacy driven in large part by Catholic moral purity culture (and more recently the liberal adoption of it via tiktok) and that if you don't want certain people interacting with your content, block them when you catch it.

Still, "mdni" in and of itself isn't some sort of ridiculous notion. Especially for more popular creators.

I know when I was 17 specifically I avoided following certain creators or liking their posts because I didn't want to be caught having an interaction. It *is* useful for the creator's peace of mind and that's important.

*insert larger commentary about purity culture and how many creators actually just so this obligatorily to avoid being cancelled by not having it in their bio or whatever*

and thats completely understandable, i agree!! minors should 100% respect creators and their dnis. ive never done anything to go against them, i shouldve def worded it more like, "minors dont read" rather than interact, thats on me :)

so many fanfics now are just pure ai. you all arent even trying to hide it. i can read the patterns and see the lack of character. bring back those cringe wattpad fanfics, and hell, make y/n wear the corniest clothes; anything is better than this ai slop.
