Ya know how I’m always saying I wish my apt. had a balcony? Look at this place. I really don’t know what to think.  Apparently, someone familiar with it says it’s student housing at Virginia Tech. I think I would have to transfer.

My friend lived here for 2 years!! The location is right next to campus so even though it’s a little quirky and weird the apartments are fought after. So much so, that you pretty much have to know someone who lives there that’s graduating to have it passed down to you.

Anyway, here’s a picture of my friend drunk hanging off of one of the balconies. Don’t worry, he jumped up from the bottom, and we walked downtown right after that because like I said, this location is killer.
