He must be talking about "perverted sex" if 一本 really means sex right??????

So what if 一本 doesn't mean the unit of having sex, but a slang of a certain amount of money?

It's like "a brick" for "100000usd", 一本 is a slang using in Japan but with several meanings, yet it could mean a certain amount of money and usually means "1 million yen" in Japanese society. Here, Yashiro is more likely saying he'd first give the police money in advance, then his body afterwards.

It could also be proved some other chapters. In ch 36, Inami asked Yashiro to go to his place with his body and money. And in ch 15, Yashiro also mentioned the reward about money first. Money shall be the prime factor of info exchange and it makes more sense in the real societ (Saezuru isn't a world with sex only, but also reality of that all human beings do their things for benefits), but not a body of man😂

Also it makes no sense for Yashiro nagging twice for the same thing. The time there was running thin and he was rushing about the location of Ryuuzaki. So he must be concise to say, I'm giving you money, and offer you pleasure in sex, so tell me the f location of Ryuuzaki. Thus, 一本 here shall be meaning the amount of money instead of having sex once with that police.

A Little knowledge about Yakuza, which illustrates a long long history of Sakura Family.

History of Sakura was narrated by Tsunakawa in ch 37, which mentioned that he was the 5th successor of Sakura Family (桜一家，さくらいっか). The long long history of Sakura Family wasn't only represented by "the 5th successor" but also the unit "一家" (notes for 中文人，是「一家」不是「家」）.

"一家", "会", "興業" were the most common units of Yakuza grp, where "一家" was widest used among all units starting from era of Edo (1603~1868) . Comparatively "組" was like sub grp of the units above. Til the era of Shouwa (1926~1989), some "一家" may get united to form "会" or "連合" (Alliance), which such underlying rules has lasted until today. Thus, "会" is usually the greatest grp of Yakuza (like Doushinkai), then "一家" (Sakura Family), then "組" or "興業" (Matsubara group and Shinsei Kogyo) nowadays. So, Sakura Family was most likely a group formed before the era of Shouwa, then united with other “一家” to form “会”. (山口組 was an exceptional case in reality with 6 generations.)

By the common rule of naming, usually a grp should be named by the leader with his surname or the place of origin. I don't know if Sakura was a surname or the place of origin, but surely it told the history of the grp. That's why when we see the super traditional design and decor of Tsunakawa's house. Sakura Family is definitely an old grp in Yakuza world.

And for "興業" (Kogyo) is very common among companies in Japan, and that is not specified to Yakuza companies. So, no doubt Doumeki was faked to this world and regarded these financial corporations as "normal companies" lol.

Is that hard to know how contradicted Yashiro's mind, which is:

And seek for confirmation (having sex with other men) ???

Just imagine Yashiro were those who didn't believe Yashiro had sex with Inami in ch 36 and these fans, i call em "virginity defenders", murmured for 10 chapters explaining why he didn't do that, even in ch 36 was with super solid and concrete evidence of "take money and your body to my place". So it's also like Yashiro, hiding the truth inside the heart and explaining shit by all fragile evidence, saying Yashiro didn't have sex with others. Ofc Yashiro did have sex we with others and it must be a huge disaster to some "virginity defenders" and i can still see them defending Yashiro is still "mentally virgin" instead of analysing that Yashiro didn't even have a shit of concept about "virginity", claiming Yashiro was still an ENTIRELY virgin boy (entirely huh??) in ch 47. It's like Yashiro still doesn't trust that he can only feel about Doumeki instead of other men, and he was like those virginity defenders seeking "evidence" to prove himself normal even tho it was super obvious. And when finally met Doumeki, he and Inami's sex was the almost final verdict of Yashiro that he can only feel for Doumeki.

But, by all observation to virginity defenders, Yashiro could also defend himself from "impotent" by some twisted "evidence" to convince himself about the say. Lol it's like how they're now defending Yashiro a "mental virgin" after ch 47.

Virginity defenders have spent almost 4 yrs defending their words and some of them don't even trust that Yashiro lost all his "virginity" in ch 47. Why couldn't he spend 4 yrs to make confirmation then? If he can't spend some time to clear his mind about the only trust he used to believe for 30 yrs, wouldn't it be too harsh to Yashiro?

Ofc Doumeki is kinda pitiful if you believe love is a product put on a scale. But it was his choice. Let's appreciate them instead of criticizing them so badly.
