The only living child of Lord Wyman Webber, Rohanne lost five to six siblings in childhood. After she and her childhood sweetheart, Addam Osgrey, were found kissing, Lord Wyman had her married to one of his squires at only ten years old, or potentially even younger. When he rode out with this squire to fight in the First Blackfyre Rebellion, not only did her husband die, but so did Addam. Her father had her wed multiple times after, often to elderly men who died by accident or age; she became pregnant several times, and either lost the baby or saw them die soon after birth.
On his deathbed, Wyman decreed that if Rohanne would not marry within two years, Coldmoat would go to her cousin. His castellan, who he'd wished to marry Rohanne, was charged to scare away unworthy suitors. The Castellan's efforts, as well as widespread rumours about "the Red Widow" having poisoned her many husbands, deterred most suitors. Upon inheriting Coldmoat, Rohanne had a peasant from Osgrey lands who'd stolen from her own smallfolk executed, for which Ser Eustace Osgrey swore revenge.
During a drought, she had a dam built to ensure her lands remained irrigated. However, this instigated further conflict between Webber and Osgrey, which almost amounted to armed conflict were it not for the intervention of Ser Duncan the Tall. He helped to instigate a reconciliation between Eustace and Rohanne over their shared memory of Addam, amounting in their marriage to both end the feud and ensure Rohanne kept Coldmoat. In the aftermath, Rohanne and Duncan had a brief romantic interaction before parting.
Eustace Osgrey would die soon after their marriage, leading Rohanne to wed Lord Gerold Lannister. Said to have loved her, their marriage brought forth four children, through which Rohanne is both paternally and maternally a grandmother of the current Lannister line. Soon after the birth of their son, Jason Lannister, Rohanne vanished mysteriously; Lady Ellyn Tarbeck would go on to name one of her daughters after Rohanne with the stated intention of spiting Gerold, implying there were suspicions he had something to do with the disappearance of his wife. It is unknown what became of both House Webber and Coldmoat, though it may have continued through her cousins having not passed through her own line.
