Why It Scares Me by La Dispute

At times I've shouted out unprovoked, at the world and you Just to see if the people around me react Sometimes I think they're all acting At times I'm scared that I'm acting too, like My movements are stage directions Was that a change in topic or a beat in the scene? Have I been taking my emotional cues from a script I wrote at sixteen?

They played this at the concert in Karlsruhe. It was absolutely incredible and I can't believe they played it. Last time I saw them was when they were on tour with Touché Amoré in 2011 where friends and me travelled to five of their concert that summer. It's been one of my favorites. The lyrics really spoke to teenage me grappling with the world.
