#I won't claim to be the most devoted south park fan for sure #I've only watched the early seasons and a handful of the later episodes plus played the Ubisoft games #But I still know this is dumb af lol #Though I'm guessing in their minds it's a bit different when someone directly does it which is a bit fair #Creators don't always agree with everything they make their characters do #But if someone's directly syaing it themselves then it's slightly different #It's still dumb though #Personally I think most of the kids could grow out of their bullshit considering they're like 10 #Idk about you but I was a lot more of a bigot as a kid bc I didn't know better #But Cartman? Maybe he could grow but better but I can't see a way so I usually ignore his existence when I'm writing shit lol #Though that probably has more to do with the fact that I fucking hate him #And no I don't give a shit about the Covid episodes showing them as adults that's not the timeframe I tend to write in #They're good eps just not what I usually deal with

i guess i’ll be brave and post a little bit of an old band au that i had been writing with my best friend (@bemicat, their craig design) - where tolkien ends up bringing craig to a local show and lo and behold, it’s crimson dawn - with none other than stan marsh front and center??? and they’re good??? craig has to triple take. like… there’s no way that’s stan marsh. right?… squidward voice: “oh no he’s hot”. craig plays the bass later on and oh how drama ensues… (lyrics: sorry excuse - properties of nature)

by the way, although he was smushed to death on-screen in season fourteen, pip joined the other citizens of south park in attending that Broncos game in September 2020. the broncos game is absolutely canon in my mind. pip is canonically alive and well. he just needed to rest up for a decade to heal from being smashed to a paste.
