Hot walk today - kind of a wild goose chase but it ended well!
This so easily explains the reason why humans are on this earth. A world-shaking event had to happen, and I’m on top of the crater right now. Wild.
101 laps! I’m on fire!!!
Yoga today was awesome.
Catch me if you can!

81 laps today, a new PR. I wasn’t exhausted, either. I’m making strides!!!
All of the shells I collected this summer while at the beach house in San Benito. I’m gifting them to those who came with me to celebrate my birthday. What a beautiful memory.
Yucatán Leones game tonight versus the Mexico City Diablos
It’s my last weekend in Mexico, capping off a fantastic summer adventure that I’ll never forget. Matt and I are having a fancy dinner tomorrow night at Picheta, overlooking the cathedral and the Plaza Grande. Then, on Sunday, we are attending a Mérida Leones baseball game. What fun!
I must confess, I’m ready to go home. I miss Diana and the Hawaiian girls, I miss Sara and CJ, and I miss being in a place with relatively low mosquito annoyance. The wind stopped today (even the wind turbines out by Sendero Jurasico weren’t turning) and the mosquitos had a buffet on me. Mexico is wild and wonderful and rough around the edges… I love it here and hope to live in Mérida one day. Dreams!
