Old meets new—MUNI’s first true PCC #1006 meets then new LRV 1251 at Church and Duboce. The N line had been the first to use the new cars while, at the time, the

With the Hickory Creek from the famed 20th Century Limited at the end! I was able to get up close and personal with this car back in May at Grand Central Terminal’s Parade of Trains. However, instead of ending up at GCT, the Empire Service ends up at Penn Station…
