Ms. Peri Low, also known as the Operator, has been there, seen that, and is all around a jaded sort. She seems... content with her current position but will begin bitching the second she gets a smoke break. At least she gets to work on trains as well as her coworkers, she fucking LOVES trains. She doesn't like working on cogs who've been hit by trains though, especially if its her boss.
Mr Parris Hale, or the Office Peacock, is equal parts show off and gentleman. They're the nicest of the doctors and pride themself on it. He makes sure all his patientsare comfortablein his presence while working on them, but his toon policy is confusing. While he will deal with any toon who enters his office, he'll also turn a blind eye and play along with their little game while they run errands for him for some reason.
Mx Hex Karousell, or the Manufactory, is the maddest of all the doctors there. They find sameness boring and want to spice things up a little! Why must a micromanager be so small, what if a big cheese was any other food, could a cog still function with removable skin? The CEO has them constantly busy with modification requests for underperforming employees, so there's never a dull moment for them!
Mr Sydney Low, known as the Administrator, is rather anxious for her position, and isn't even located at her department's HQ - she's got her office in the surveillance tower... at least on the surface. He's seems terrified of letting others see that special personal project he's working on at Boardbot HQ. Some believe it's more jacked up than Hex's experiments, others think it's a way to level the playing field between toon's invincibility and cog's easily destroyed nature. Given who Sydney is, it's probably both.
