i got a role as an extra in a movie for the first time in my life and got to spend 3 days shooting in a small room w some ppl ive been watching on screen since childhood—absolutely crazy;

ive been doing some vintage modeling on the side and my payment (by choice) is just the most amazing vintage pieces—very exciting for me personally;

got back into tea now that the weather has turned;

saw queer (2024) this week and i have not been able to think of anything else since. seriously, go watch that movie. acting, costuming, visuals, score, storytelling, all 10/10.

i think the hardest part about healing is realizing there’s no finish line. no big dramatic moment where everything feels suddenly better. it’s slower than that. it’s quieter. it’s choosing not to text them back. it’s making your bed on a heavy day. it’s being kind to yourself when your mind is cruel. healing is a thousand tiny victories no one else sees.

hooray, a full year of using my hobonichi weeks! these were some of my favorite pages :)) my thoughts below:

as i've mentioned in previous posts on my hobonichi experience, i had so much fun this year using my hobonichi weeks. as someone who doesn’t use gcal or any digital schedule for my personal life, my planner has truly saved my life on many occasions!!!

there are times in which i wish i had more space on the righthand side but i like how the lack of space actually forces me to get creative. i was also surprised that i don't actually run out of things to glue/tape. that was my one concern but i amass enough ephemera throughout the week. i mention in the techo kaigi page but my goal in 2026 for my hobonichi weeks is to use the other pages, especially notes and the monthly calendars.
