Tesla New Jersey

The Federal Trade Commission’s staff has put in its two cents over whether New Jersey should once again allow Tesla Motors to sell its iconic electric cars in the state. Essentially, the FTC’s staff response is, why not? Consumers, who now can only buy new cars from auto dealers and not directly from manufacturers such as Tesla, should have all options available to them.
