Hi bitches, thank you for your blog!! I have a question about car purchasing. Is it better to drive a car into the ground, or trade in for a newer (used) one while the current car is still in good condition? The car in question is about 12 years old with no major issues.
Opinions vary, and there are valid reasons on both sides. But our official, Bitch-tested answer is this: drive that fucker into the ground.
There is absolutely no need to "upgrade" if you do regular maintenance on an older vehicle. It's better for your wallet and the planet. Unless your lifestyle changes, necessitating a very different vehicle than what you have, then we believe in driving cars until they cartoonishly break down on the side of the road, wheels and doors just falling off everywhere.
