" Mordin hopefully ? I happen to be both bleeding and spilling oil everywhere. I was told to talk to you, or that you may be able to direct me to someone. Sorry if I'm interupting. "
Mordin’s eyes widened upon realizing that he had a serious situation on his hands. He shouted for some of his subordinates to hastily gather all manner of bandages and syringes, each moving slow enough to keep the patient calm, but fast enough to reflect the perceived urgency of the situation. Fear beset his mind - there has to be some outside tampering involved. Blood should not be spilled in that way in a natural and healthy human, and oil should not be spilled at all! Could it be crudely-powered cybernetic enhancements? Possible, would also explain the high blood pressure, but a human of this age unlikely to have access to primitive technology such as that. Possibly an experiment by a less advanced race? Batarians, Vorcha, perhaps? Procedures that could cause that would definitely be banned in citadel space.
Trying desperately to keep a bright, smiling exterior, Mordin gestured for a bandage and applied it over the bleeding area. “Greetings” he stammered. “Suppose you need medical help.”
"I am more than willing to be safe rather than sorry."She followed after him, making sure to keep herself look as passive as possible. Looking small and meek had saved her hide more times than she would like to admit. Sometimes gender norms were useful. Catching a glance of the blue suns, she wasn’t particularly worried about them. She was on good terms with them almost always.
"Okay, okay okay." She rolled herself into the hiding spot with a small hiss before falling silent.Carefully shifting to make herself smaller she nearly forgot to breathe, taking in a deep breathe of air when she realized what she was doing and waited for Mordin to confirm that she could move from her spot.
It became clear that the mercenaries were not reacting to their presence. 'Strange' Mordin thought. He knew his hiding skills were sub-par. 'Usually make somewhat of scene. Mumbling. Heavy breathing. Even have noticeable appearance. But passing unnoticed despite lack of skill.' He peeked up, and to his panic, he met eyes with one of the Blue Suns. A turian, tough looking, slightly injured, with one or two scars. But they did not react. Perhaps he didn't register as a threat. Or maybe they weren't doing shakedowns or anything of that nature. He still panicked. On his own, he reacted to situations such as these fine, but when a patient's life was in his hands...
After waiting a few seconds and scanning the environment a bit, he slowly moved out of cover and towards the next corridoor, gesturing for his patient to do the same.
