dr phoebe rotspine is an anomaly or a hybrid between a human and an almond scented millipede that releases cyanide when feeling threatened. this makes any bodily fluid that is released under stress like tears or sweat poisonous with cyanide in rotspine's case.

shes a researcher in biology field, graduated from university with the same field as well.

shes 68yo and tends to be grandmotherly in general and to every1 around her as long the person she is interacting with is younger than her.

she has a horrible sense of fashion, fondness for pastel colors and usually picks up the latest dramas from every fandom as an interest, her current fave being mizu5

also her and kondraki r married for like 30-35 years. 2 buges in love.
