why are there so many young otherkin? there has to be otherkin out there that are working age and actually work like me right?? the age gap here makes me worry a little

I just hit 24, if that’s old enough for you.  There are many young otherkin on Tumblr because there are many young people on Tumblr, I figure.  It’s just the demographic the website has in certain areas.

There are a good number of working adult otherkin on Tumblr as well, but it seems to me that we tend to be more subdued and quiet, and therefore don’t stand out as much.

Thank you so much for pointing this out to me, and yes 24 is old enough, as I mostly just see maybe 12-15 year olds stating they are otherkin and whatnot, so it definitely makes me happy to see that there are older otherkin that are proud of who they are.

As for the fact that they’re quite, I’m sure they have school(college or high school) to keep them busy, and even work if they’re old enough.
