The Good Place has the biggest twists without making them too heavy but on the other hand they do are literally world changing I just… This show is incredible

When the good place is finished, I want to go back to the beginning and try to find ALL the foreshadowing.

Not just the big stuff like Eleanor having nine rings on her bedroom wall (it’s not the nine circles of heaven...), the almond milk, or the fact that “real Eleanor” was not anywhere in the flashbacks to Eleanor’s death, but the little stuff. Things like Eleanor telling Jason he can’t date Janet, and things that just seem like jokes that turned out to be predicting the plot.

Like, right after they killed Janet, there’s a joke about doing ‘weekend at Bernie’s” with Chidi. Cut to this week...

It’s a series that was clearly plotted out in advance, and I feel like there’s loads of stuff that will become relevant later.
