Ellise’s  “ Above the Din and Damn - A Vivienne Mod” with fixed lips

I know the lips are no longer Ellise level perfection but they are now racially appropriate.

Her skin is kinda sparkly and I’m not sure why? is it supposed to be? I never actually loaded the original mod in my game due to the lips driving me nuts. I’m not sure if I messed up on the file types or if frosty is just complaining about a DAImod, or if this is how its supposed to be.

As much as I want to catch up on some of your simblrs while I’m here, too many of you have NSFW stuff. I am in a public place and don’t really want to explain the simdick on my screen. Which sadly means some of you have to wait till I get home. I’ll just pout at all the activity I see and can’t look at because just trying to scroll down to where I left off on somebody’s blog (*cough* goatkibble *cough*) I saw a whole bunch of not safe stuff. Some of you I’m not even going to try because I know I wont be safe. You know who you are. If Valois and Ori keep their shirts on for two whole weeks I will be shocked. Or their pants for that matter. Those being pointedly avoided now will be caught up on later. So will all the BC’s I’m in.

It’s official – second class citizenship goes into effect

Last Friday, part of Bill C-24 went into effect, officially creating a two-tier citizenship system. As a result of this new law, dual citizens and people who have immigrated to Canada can have their citizenship taken away while other Canadians cannot. The government’s press release last week tried

Last week before this was passed my mom said maybe she should apply for Pakistani citizenship for me and my sister so we could have dual citizenship and I was like lol Ammi no, they are making this law that’ll probably be passed that it’ll make it easier for immigrants to be deported so don’t…and then a few days later this was passed but doesn’t even matter if I only have Cdn citizenship bc I wasn’t born in Canada and I can be eligible for Pakistani citizenship :) And people ask me why I hate Canada so much lol….

I don’t care that this isn’t sims related, this is directly related to my family as both my parents were not born in Canada as was half of my family. If my fellow Canadians ( vivala-sims, jokeplease i’m looking at you ) could please sign and pass this on, it would help so much.

So I decided to use all the Zaid pictures I grabbed, and a few others because look at the cute. If you can see past the lamp I’m to lazy to move.

Problems:

It still shows up as the original picture in all the thumbnail swatch thingies (see bottom left picture) except for the first one I did and I have no clue why. I did the exact same thing for all of them.... 

I cannot make it a new package for the life of me, s3oc just gives me errors and makes the package file wierd and the while I’m sure there must be a way to use s3pe to do it (possibly longer but more logical for my brain) I can’t figure it out and the only tutorials I can find are for cas objects. So It can’t be used with the original picture (do you know if you use it? on the top right?)

It also still has all but the first nine original pictures because I don’t know how to remove options and deleting the separate paintings just leaves a bunch of empty picture frames (though it does make the package smaller) I tried looking in code but well...there’s a lot of code and I don’t know what will make it blow up. 

Things I did right!:

It has it’s own catalog name and description (which I am actually really proud of because I just figured it out myself by staring at the package in s3pe after s3oc decided to be @#%& )

still fully recolorable (and yes that is something, here let me show you a thing)

erm...it works! pictures show up! Woo!

So serindeppity given the above it is up to you if you know someone who can fix the problems, if I should keep trying to fix the problems (which will either be a celebration or me trying not to throw my laptop, only time will tell) If you want more pictures added/taken away, OR  if you think it is ok with the problems and I should send you the file.

It’s a little pixilated and his eyes get a little to post vision Apollo in really bright rooms, I think I made it to saturated (not much for editing pictures and this one was kinda dark and it looked normal before I got in game) plus I should figure out how to clone the package so it counts as a new object rather than replacing this picture but it works!  Yay!

serindeppity Do you like this frame or would you like a different one? I’m not sure what size you wanted, or which picture of him? I grabbed a few potential ones, also did you want anyone else in a picture because there are multiple presets I can fill.

Why did you choose your URL? I did not make it for tumblr it’s just what I always used by the time I made my simblr. As for why I use that name all the time: I like dragons, dragons breathe fire. This was the first combination I tried that was not already taken and I have since realized it’s a generally a safe bet to imput 

What is your middle name? Anna

If you could own a fairytale/fictional pet, what would it be? This a serious question? Look at my URL and ask again. One large enough to ride on so I can arrive places in windswept style while everyone there knows better than to mess with me as I calmly handle the giant scaly thing breathing smoke at them. Or one small enough to cuddle on my couch and ride on my shoulder and hide in my stuffed animals and climb things and use cat/dog toys because arg, why does no one sell dragon toys? And tumblr gives me to many ideas on what i could do with a pet dragon.

It was nice actually. Chris had mostly stopped being intensely aggravating and was letting him soak up the steam in peace.

“Did you tell Mum and Dad about the baby?”

“No.” Chris replied. “I thought about how disappointed Mum would be if it wasn’t yours so I figured I would leave it up to you to break her heart instead. Besides, it’s really the kind of thing you should tell them.”

“Thanks Chris.” Adam was impressed by his brother’s constraint. “It would be nice to be able to tell them myself they are going to be grandparents. If it’s mine that is. That’s all I’m really waiting for.”

Calling All Sims 4 Players!

I’m not sure if the above issue is a glitch or a new feature, so I thought I would ask around see if anyone else has it

The above male sim (Charley) is pregnant with twins (evil alien wife didn’t feel like carrying them herself I guess) and as often happens with pregnant sims, he got that he really had to pee. Except when I sent him to relieve himself the motive bar stayed orange and the moodlet “really has to pee” never went away. The timer stopped but it is still there. As you can see above, the bladder motive bar is nearly full, it should theoretically be green now.

Now I can see why someone in their third trimester with two babies bouncing on their bladder might feel like they have to pee all the time. So what I’m wondering is if this is a glitch where the motive just didn’t go away, or a symptom of pregnancy. Anyone else experience this or have any thoughts?

EDIT: it’s a glitch, he gave birth and it’s still there. Darn, I liked the idea of it being a pregnancy woe. But exiting the game and loading it back up seems to have fixed the glitch. 

Still wondering if anyone has gotten something like this though and also, is it just me or has the last patch made sims stupid: bad routing, standing around doing nothing more often, resetting....?

I sometimes accidentally click unfollow on my tablet, just trying to scroll but I’m looking at when this happened and I wasn’t even on my tablet between those posts. 

So if I suddenly dropped of your radar I promise it wasn't on purpose, let me know so I can fix that, sometimes it takes me a while to notice I’m not seeing you and I might just think you haven’t been posting and
