Dany’s vision actually matches closely with her arc this season, and with Episode 6 in particular. She is so close to the Iron Throne, but has for the moment turned away – to fight the Night King, and to ally with Jon. She journeyed north of the Wall, where she had to leave behind a man she loves (that’d be Jon) and a child (RIP Viserion). Crucially, though, Jon returns to her. (x) The sequence where she meets with Drogo does not symbolize her death in the Great War, but instead her finding love again and maybe even hope for another child. (x)
