Terms of Service
After the commission has passed the sketch stage, no further changes can be made. Until that point, I will redo the piece as much as is required - but if it comes to the 5th time and you are still unsatisfied, we will discuss where to go from there.
Please note that once you have the full-resolution piece after making the full payment, no refunds can be given.
During the course of the commission, I will send you progress reports with low-resolution, watermarked images, upon completing each stage of the drawing. This is an opportunity for your peace of mind, so you know exactly where your commission is at.
Upon completion of the piece, following the final payment, a full-resolution, unwatermarked image can be:
Uploaded onto Deviantart/Tumblr/a site of your choice
Emailed to you
Sent via mail
If you decide you want the original sent to you personally, there will be further charges for shipping. These will range from £5 upwards and will depend upon the size of the piece and the distance of travel, and decided on a case-by-case basis.
A note on Fan Art
Fan art is a rocky subject. If you'd like an image of somebody else's intellectual property, I can only do original fan characters - i.e. I cannot copy the design of a pre-existing character.
For example, if you wanted me to draw Lara Croft, I would say no. But if you had created a character similar to Lara Croft, or a character belonging to that universe that did not already exist in canon, then that would be possible.
For further information, feel free to check out this article: The Truth About Selling Fanart
A brief summary of what I can and cannot draw
Can draw:
Humans, Anthro, Mecha, Creatures
Armour, Weapons
Landscapes & Environments
Full nudity & Pinups
Will not draw:
Hardcore fetish and sexualised imagery Feel free to contact me with any enquiries.
Abuse; sexual or physical
Use of commissioned art
Upon receiving the final image following payment, you are free to share the image anywhere, print it out, edit it, and have full artistic freedom with it - so long as credit is always given to me as the original artist. Credit means a link to any of my artistic spaces - for example Deviantart, Tumblr, Facebook, or my contact details, such as my email address. My signature also must not be removed from the piece.
Failure to comply to these requests will result in further action being taken.
