WARNING: This blog is very, very negative and you may not like the things that are being said. This blog is used to get those negative things off our shoulders and keep it out of regular Dramione blogs. - We love our Dramione, but there's things that drives us crazy sometimes so feel free to rant about anything and everything! I guess I got deleted. ;) I absolutely cannot stand fics where Draco becomes this sort of lost puppy that does whatever he is told and that's usually coupled with this uber aggressive, arrogant version of Hermione who either hits him or threatens to hex him if he doesn't do whatever she wants... I just don't get people's obsession with portraying strong women as violent and intimidating. I also don't think Draco would stand for that. Ron, maybe...

lots of people have lots of ideas about why the fandom is dying. but it's not just dramione or just HP. people all over have lost interest in writing & reading fanfiction. older authors & readers have moved on, but the ones left behind from those eras are so focused on the 'glory days' they rarely read new fics unless its in a fest. & fests? they became more of a chore over the years - more like doing homework getting a beta. sucked all the fun right out. it's no wonder ppl don't come back.

I love this blog. Thank you for having a place to vent some things I don't particularly care for in the fandom. How is it not the same as any other confessions blog? There are harrypotterconfessions blogs with the same concept. This just mostly deals with the subfandom of Dramione. What's wrong with that? For me it's like venting to a girlfriend about the shit my boyfriend does that irritates me. I still love him but doesn't mean it irritates me any less. I still love Dramione!

The reason Dramione fandom is going away is because of stupid places like this. What the hell kind of fans are you to rank on your own fandom? No wonder people are leaving us.

I just started reading a fic and this sentence in chapter one ruined it, "Draco almost laughed. Mione? What a stupid nickname, he thought. He would’ve called her something else. Mia or something like that." GAH! NO, WHY..

I'm your 'Dear Anon' and I don't appreciate your sassy reply. I'm not the only person who thinks this blog is disgusting towards our fandom. If you don't like something, don't read it! It's really not that hard to do; I do it all the time. That's what the close tab button is for.

Yes, I’m sure we’ve all hit that ‘x’ on the tab quicker than we can say Dramione and you may think it’s disgusting, but it’s also reality. Like with anything, a person may love this fandom, which I do, but like anything in real life, there’s things that drive us crazy about it and if we keep it locked inside, it will just boil over at some point and leave bad results. Isn’t it better to have a specific place here for this stuff than to leave nasty reviews or complain to other Dramione blogs about it?

Why is it that whenever H and D have a side pairing in a fic it's more often than not H in a relationship and not D in a relationship? If D is in a relationship, usually H is too (before they get together I mean). Yet whenever it's just H in a relationship, sometimes D is in one too and sometimes not. I have theories for why this is, but it still makes me sad for lack of fics the other way around. Not that they don't exist but that they are more rare. :/

Why is it that a fic without a happily ever after is considered more "realistic" than those with one? It's okay to write an ending where they don't get together (though it pains me immensely). I'll just avoid those fics, but why are these fics labeled more "realistic" than those with a happier ending? That peeves me. As a fandom it feels like writers make bad/sad things happen because it is heralded as more real life. It feels like sometimes some forget that it's okay to be happy too.

I saw a post in which we are brats complaining about the hands that feed us or whatever. I'm sorry but if I don't get to rant about something that bothers me, it drives me crazy. Would people rather I attack them personally via reviews? No one enjoys flames. Because believe me, it wouldn't be constructive criticism. At least this is a place where it's all in one spot and feelings can't be hurt personally because no one is being name dropped.

I hate that just because I'm a Dramione fan, people judge my morals. No one in real life knows that I ship it, it's bad enough I get bullied for it online

I love this blog, thanks for letting me get these things off my shoulders: It's not just the Dramione fandom that I find to be clique, it's the Hermione fandom overall. There's a site that I no longer feel comfortable submitting Dramione for exchanges because Dramione barely exists in them now since Hermione x other, mainly cross gen is taking over. It's the same with the complaint about slash in lj fests. It's like there's becoming no place for Dramione anymore

I'm saddened by clique writers/readers: ppl who've been around this fandom so long that they're all friends but when I try to talk to them I'd be lucky to get even a monosyllabic response from them. It makes me feel like the geek to their cheerleader and being treated differently to others is triggering for me. :/

Sometimes when I see people recommend certain fanfics, I slightly judge. Like that one? Really? Some of these fanfics from either 2007-2012 only have that many reviews because they are older. The plot isn't even that good and the characters are too OOC or frustrating to deal with. I can't even understand how they rationalize to like it. Sometimes "it's so good" doesn't cut it. But I guess to each their own.

Ughh i hate it so much when fics feature sexgod!Draco and virgin!Hermione where Hermione bashes every woman who has ever dared to have sex?Hermione would definitely be feminist and not judge WOMEN by the number of sexual partners. Im done reading fics that demonize Pansy or Lavender for nit being virgins. The cherry on top is that Draco never receives the same scorn by authors even though they write him as 'sleeping with anyone with a vagina' i dont need your mysogonistic shit in my fics!!!
