Eryk raised an eyebrow at the girl before warmly smiling at her suggestion. “I’d gladly show me..horrendous dance moves, just don’t say I didn’t warn you.” he cheekily mused as he stood in place as he bopped up and down to the music playing, of course he wasn’t exactly dancing seriously but if it was enough entertainment for her he was enjoying himself at least.

“I swear on my ears,” she giggled as she watched him with a smile, giggling every now and then. “Well, those are better than I thought.” She teased as she doubted that how he actually danced but it was enjoyable to watch.

“I swear, im a bloody awful dancer..so prepare for some second hand embarrassment.” Eryk warned as he quickly glanced at the other with a light smile before looking down to his feet. 

Lux giggled at his words before biting on her lower lip for a moment. “Well, how about you show me what you got and I help you help me get rid of my secondhand embarrassment by showing you some moves?” Of course, her confidence only came with the costume, not wanting to think about how she would act if she wasn’t dressed up as if she was on stage.

Powerful Latinas in the music industry or I would say entertainment industry itself, there’s not much of a presence. And the little presence that there is we have some very incredible talent. You have people like Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, [Selena Quintanilla and Jenni Rivera may they rest in peace.] Leslie Grace, Karol G, Sofia Reyes - we’re like the younger generation that’s coming through. There’s so many but compared to the bigger percentage of the entertainment business I also feel like we’re just this little drop in the water. I think although we’re little we do make an impact and that’s something really special. Our message is that we’re proud of where we come from. And we’re proud of who we are, the color of our skin, our language and the passion that we bring.

“Woah,” Stefan muttered after quickly turning to face the person behind him, surprised by their presence in that particular spot. If they weren’t following him, he was going to question what they were doing in that alley. Although, he was also in the alley and they could simply be wondering what it was he was doing. Though he couldn’t say since it was for his father. “Didn’t see you there. You always hang out here? Or taking a shortcut, maybe?”

Lux was quickly getting away from a situation that she didn’t know how she was put into it, knowing the area well, as she spent most of her free time roaming, she ended up in the alley, face to face with an unfamiliar face, making her anxious as she clenched her phone. “Um... I just... walking,” she muttered as she watched him.

“Well, some people will just have to learn that ever dream needs work to it, you’re not just going to get something just because you want it.. y’know? No need to thank it.. that’s very impressive!” 

“I wished that how life worked some days but I wouldn’t want to not work for my dreams and I hope they realise the most satisfying feeling is knowing you worked for what you wanted. I love it and it helps me feel like myself.”

professorpaisley:

“I’m sure that many people are excited about their major, it’s the fact that they have to get up at a certain hour to sit in class for an hour that is just bringing them down. Well, that’s actually pretty good in acting, you don’t want to forget your lines.” she points out. 

“Yeah, that makes sense but I guess that’s the work part of having to live your dreams, and I guess some people just want the dream, not the work. Thank you, I work really hard when it comes to my major.”

“Mmhmm,” he hummed, turning his head to their surroundings. “It’s not terrible. Mildly annoying, I would say. Tolerable, even.”

She twisted her lips, before listening to him speak about how he felt. “But you just said you were suffering... I don’t understand,” she admitted.

professorpaisley:

“I never really met a student so excited to be back in classes.. Oh, I’m sure if you keep practicing your lines and such you’ll be able to get the lead.” she encourages, smiling at the teen. 

“I guess I’m happy to be the first but I wished more people were more excited about their major. Thank you, I’ve been practising non-stop and I just needed a break, pretty sure I can recite lines now without the paper,” Luxanne admitted with a chuckle.

“That’s exciting,” Elijah stated carelessly, popping a candy into his mouth and immediately chomping it down between his back teeth. “I didn’t miss school and I’m not happy to be back. Only letting myself suffer because I love painting.”

“Um, thanks?” She knew she sounded wary as his tone wasn’t exactly warm. “Oh... um... that’s terrible...”

“I got kicked out of class today,” Thanos spoke through a light laugh, fixing his hair up a bit. “Stupid reason too.”

“Which could be?” She wondered curiously as she couldn’t imagine someone getting kicked out of their class, at least not in this school.

“I actually missed school and so happy to be back in classes or technically in the theatre... I’m hoping to get the lead for Beauty and the Beast,” she spoke softly.
