ykw waiting to make a proper intro post is for the weak and I’m already not very strong as is. uh hi I’m Dreamboat!! (though I can also go by boat for short!!) someone who sails the cloudy sea of dreams!!! I do art and fart um idk man here’s the most important things:

1. My content is gonna basically be 14/15+, though sometimes it can delve into darker topics (if you wanna avoid that kinda stuff please block the tags “#tw”, “#⚠️” and “#⚠️tw”!!)

2. My DNI/DNF list is the usual stuff plus NSFW accounts

3. My main interests are Kirby (especially the character Marx), Hex (please read it or watch the motion comic (/nf), it might not be The Best Thing Ever Written and may be a bit childish, but I’d say it’s pretty good and I’d love to see more people in the community since it’s surprisingly niche), Deltarune, Vocaloid/UTAU/general voca synth stuff, PJSK/“Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!”, and A Secret Sixth Thing (usually rotates between FNAF, Miitopia and Tomodachi Life, Splatoon, and Magiquest Legacy). I have more interests, but these are the main ones

4. I draw on my phone with 40% reduce white point enabled so my art might be a liiittle brighter than intended? idk but if it’s ever too much then just lmk in the reply section and I’ll go back and fix it (art that’s intended to be intensely bright will be tagged with #eyestrain or #cw eyestrain!! block those tags if you need to!!!)

And here are my Main Navigation tags:

- #db draws -> my art tag

- #db drawls -> non-art posts/talk posts

-#db’s drawer -> queue posts (idk if I’ll use this often though so you can probably just ignore it?)

- #another artist’s dream/#another mind’s dream -> reblogs for art posts and non-art posts respectively (though I’ll use both tags on art reposts) (also these tags are for posts from other users/content that isn’t mine)

- #repeated dream -> reblogging my own posts or posts that contain smth I made (will use in tandem with one of the two tags above for the latter case)

I’m planning on making a better intro post + an updated carrd sometime in the future but I’ve heard the best course of action is to just get your ideas out there before you try to perfect them soo we’re going with this for now 👍

it’s a little old (only by a good couple of months like late 2025, but I think my art has improved a bit since then) so there are a few things I might change but I still think it looks good okokok

and some small hcs/design notes !!!!!:

- (as pictured) the long sleeves are detachable!! I’m thinking maybe like a velcro thing?

- arm prosthetics are detachable too! he was born without arms, but eventually met susie sometime after she was reformed and she made them for him

- ik canon Marx doesn’t really have a confirmed age iirc but I feel like my personal interpretation of him here is like. somewhere in the teens by the events of KSA? like 13-14 maybe

- nova-inspired belt and suspenders ‘cause I thought it’d look cool

- if I were to redraw this or edit this, his shoes would look a lot bigger from the front…………

okay and yeah, that’s about it!

I’m also still working on my KSSU swap au, though atm I’m focusing on other interests as well. so it may take a little more time, buttt I do have updates for that I wanna share too 👍👍

My Kirby Super Star Ultra Swap AU!

Turns out the “just a character lineup” I mentioned here ended up taking longer than the afternoon to finish… maybe because it became more than just a character lineup lol. But yeah, these are my KSSU Swap AU designs! I’m really proud of how they all turned out in the end!!

The list of who swaps with who in the main cast is this:

Marx <—> Kirby

Bandanna Dee <—> Parasol Dee (I know BD isn’t really a main character in KSS or KSSU, but I still wanted to count him as part of the group :D )

Meta Knight <—> King Dedede

wip for current post I’m working on that I got really excited about (probably gonna post the full thing later today). uhhh yeah prepare for my awesomeness !! (my Kirby swap au that I love very dearly)

the full thing is just a character lineup which luckily is going along pretty quickly (only thing that took a while was figuring out meta knights design because I am indecisive. and . easily distracted) so it should be done soon 👍👍

hi sorry I know this is a random question to be directed towards you but,,, do you know how to make so that when you link to a tag in a post, it only links to results for that tag in your blog? rather than results for that tag throughout the entire website? because I noticed you did that with your mailbox tag and I’m trying to do that on my own blog but I don’t know how to and just searching it up isn’t giving me any of the results that I’m looking for

don't worry it's fairly simple! the way I did it was i specifically enter the tag i want on my blog:

and then i pull the url from that page: https://www.tumblr.com/goomyloid/tagged/mailbox

you can do that with any tag and then link it by inserting a hyperlink ^^ i suggest doing it on desktop if you're able, but if not then you can probably just fill in this link with your own info: https://www.tumblr.com/ [your blog] /tagged/ [your tag]

hmmmm I’m so stumped on what to post,,,, bc like I already have a small catalogue of art that’s ready to be uploaded but whenever I look at any of them either I’m like “that’s cool but you should probably post something smaller first” or they require me to have posted a lot of contextual stuff beforehand that I haven’t even really made yet… eh I’ll figure it out soon enough
