If I had a nickel for every for every time I saw a movie with a rose-obsessed villain character who holds a position of political power in a fictional universe in which said character has beef with a teenaged girl with a sister who literally just wants to go home and believes all is utter madness while also being perceived as a threat to the character's reign, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.
