Hey, I'm back with another redesign. Same with Charlie, I'm actually a really big fan of Vaggi's design. It's very well done and I don't have many gripes. The only things I wanted to address were as follows:
colour placement
logic
For Vaggi's design, her colours felt a bit mismatched to me. I don't think her colours are bad, per se, but just that they could be improved upon.
For instance, her shoes and stockings. Looking back, her shoes could have been kept that light grey, but with the change I made to her stockings the dark grey just fits a bit nicer. Speaking of her stockings, I changed the light grey to the same dark colour of her sleeves. It keeps the design element of her outfit consistent and less messy.
I also changed her belt, since lots of people got confused and thought it was her skin colour. This reminded me of the issue with Charlie's shirt that I fixed here if you'd like to see more of my changes to the Hazbin cast.
Regrettably, I did remove the large X over her eye.
This was for one big reason, namely logic! It is never touched on in the show as to what it is. A hairclip? A weird tattoo that hovers over her hair? An mark which cannot be obscured? If it were an accessory I imagine it would've been taken off during Easy, and plus she wouldn't want a reminder of her pain.
Anyway, considering that no other character has a mark like that which can't be easily explained, I removed it. I kept her grey scar, as even though it's stylised (not the shape of her eye), it's simple and gets the message across. It makes sense, even though during the show it does seem to change shape a lot.. is it a circle? Is it an eyepatch? I like to think it's a circle.
I also removed her choker. I think it could have stayed, I was just curious to see what she'd look like without one, and there's also an epidemic of neck accessories across the Hazbin cast. Again, it's NOT an issue in Vaggi's case since it's not a bow tie. I was curious.
I am a big fan of Charlie's current design! It really captures her businesswoman/hotel owner job while still keeping her really cute and happy. I had a few things I wanted to change, though:

logic
For readability, I felt that her colour scheme was a bit haphazardly done, especially with her skin colour being pure white. It blended in with her shirt and shoes, which I didn't like. To counteract this, I made her shirt a greyish-pinkish-brownish colour. I think it helps the cohesiveness of her outfit and tones down the contrast. I also made her shoes completely black which I think helped as well. I got rid of her hair curl (I am just not a fan).
For princess-ness, I felt that her bowtie had to go. I think you would not take someone seriously if they wore a bowtie, you know? I replaced it with a jewelled choker! This stays with the design themes of Vivziepop's characters having a neck accessory, but removing the limitless bowties that she uses... (I personally think there are too many across the board of her characters). The necklace also continues the red circle motif in her design (from her cheeks). I considered giving her some lamb ears (how I've done in a past redesign), but am sticking with her angelic-ness as opposed to a more animal design. This is because animal designs are for sinners, and Charlie is a hellborn, so I don't think it makes much sense. I think she has to stand out as different, as 'superior' in a sense, regarding the Heaven/Hell powers and Charlie's place in the Hell's hierarchy.
For logic, there were a couple things I didn't like:

For her hair, why is there a bright red part underneath her bangs that doesn't appear anywhere else in her design? It is likely a stylistic design, but I think it makes her design messy. I decided to colour it the same colour as her hair 'stripes'. This also helped readability.
For her sleeves, why are they dark red when her undershirt is shown as being white? Is she wearing two shirts and one blazer? Or does the blazer have secret second sleeves? So, I moved the dark red to the cuffs of her blazer to match the collar. The sleeves were changed to match the new pinkish-brown.
For her shirt, I really didn't like how her white shirt extended so far over her pants! It does not look very professional, which may be alluding to her inexperience and naïve personality. However, I think her naivety is shown well enough through her bright personality, big innocent eyes, and light-toned colour palette. By colour palette, I mean her hair/body/eyes. It shows again how she is unlike the other sinners, and has just been placed into Hell - shown by her darker clothing colour palette. I hope that makes sense. Anyway, I brought up her shirt to look much more professional and royal.
Final notes
if I had to change my redesign again, I might change the gem colour of Charlie's new choker
and maybe also keep her hair curl, looking back it helps her side profile and femininity
