Oh how I love this time of year!
Easy impact for a backdrop at an event. White or sheer curtain lined with florals. I love the classic simplicity of this.
Fall decor is so easy to create! Check out what my living room currently looks like. I love this time of year!!
It’s all in the details. Black & white stripes can make any space pop. You just have to make sure to add soft colors with it so that it doesn’t become too busy. This bed design includes a chunky striped bed skirt, but then complimented it with a soft pink bedspread.
I am a sucker for the European Shabby Chic style. This is really hot right now. Ruffles, grays, creams, mints, pinks, lace, blooms. It's all so lovely.
Gold leaf fez cut decanter & tumbler from ZODAX! 😍
My weakness is anything agate. I couldn't resist these for my bathroom. So cute to put your QTips, bobby pins, or cotton balls! It's the small touches like this that can really make a space unique.
Vintage perfume bottles. These are GORGEOUS!
This was my most recent project. Added new artwork to my living room. Got the artwork in a cute shop in downtown Waco. The best part is they were only $3 each! I just had to go buy some inexpensive frames to finish it. I am so happy with how they turned out in my space!
Art I stumbled upon. Feeling inspired!
I am SO in love with my night stands. I really struggled with which color to get. I love how these night stands bring out the cream and grey from my bedding, without getting lost in the cream wall. They are my favorite thing I own 😍
Pretty frames, pretty people.
If you have a plain sofa, you can easily add some interest by throwing in fun & bright accessories. Look how these pillows made the impact for the picture.

One of the most important things in a design is the way you accessorize. I mean think about it. So many times I see people spend money on this beautiful, glamorous sofa along with a jaw dropping, perfectly accented end table and they end up over accessorizing which now, instead, makes it look cluttered and messy. To be honest, we’ve all made this mistake because it is so easy to get carried away. The key is to never over do it. You don’t ever want to take the beauty away from your main piece(s). You just want to accent them, make them look finished, and make the entire space flow together.
This picture is a great and simple example of how to accessorize. I like to call it the “Blooms & Books.” First choose 2-3 books that have something to do with your personality, hobbies, etc. This makes your space more personal and will allow your guests to feel a little more connected with you. Now, find the appropriate size vase & flowers that fits your furniture piece. Every space needs a little bit of ”you” in it and it also needs some kind of greenery or flowers. This is the perfect way to accomplish both without doing to much.
