One of the things I really love about Feyre’s character is that we aren’t just told she’s multifaceted with different sides to her. We are continuously and actively being shown these things. We see her as a painter, a mother, in the court of nightmares flaunting her sexuality, a huntress, a warrior, a high lady, a painter.

I really appreciate how page time is dedicated to all the different forms Feyre takes along her journey. Just makes her seem a lot more real. It gets tiring simply being told a character has a lot of different sides to them and then either not being shown or having something be haphazardly thrown together in a little blurb on the page just to remind readers of the characters humanity.

I just think Feyre is the absolute best.

Cassian is the only man who could ever love n.esta. Her own father didn’t care. Eris just wants her powers. Not wanting her with cassian isn’t a gotcha moment or bad for him. He’s lovable, loyal, and actually cares for people. He would find a partner in no time. He doesn’t need her. No one wants to be shackled to her. If she left and got with someone “better” it’ll only hurt him because of the bond.

It’s just so much hypocrisy surrounding their relationship. She can talk bad about him and use his tramua and insecurities but it’s only a problem when he lashes out in frustration. She can sleep with whoever she wants (nothing wrong with that) but cassian can’t give Morrigan a gift or call her pretty? They hate feysand for being “codependent” and “always agreeing” but hate cassian for not agreeing with everything n.esta do and defending her when she’s wrongs …… I just don’t get

i will say that asking damon to compel jeremy TWICE (im barely on s4 just in case) was criminal of her. he should have had the right to feel his pain about vicky and he should have had the right to choose to leave or stay in mystic falls.

You don’t even have to suggest she should have helped her sisters, they get triggered when you point out that Nesta is actually responsible for taking care of herself and for her own survival, a responsibility that SHE decided was Feyre’s to bare by taking food and money from Feyre all while tearing her down for her misplaced anger at somebody else. Anyone triggered by that CANON chapter of disgusting entitled behaviour is wilfully living in delusion because I’m sure they wouldn’t last a day being treated the way the sisters treated Feyre.

respectfully but the ic had way more important shit to be worrying about than making sure to feel guilt over what happened to elain and nesta at hybern. cassian literally had his wings shredded, azriel was hurt, they just found out that tamlin betrayed prythian and was siding with hybern, feyre fucking left to spring court and hybern wasnt stopped and the war was coming. stopping to feel guilt wasnt on their minds and i dont blame them, they had a war to prepare and their queen was on enemy territory. taking nesta and elain to velaris and giving them everything they needed to be taken care of is imo better than remembering to feel guilt over something that was out of their hands.
