Tonight I had to go for a walk. I have a trainer and nutritionist who has told me I need to get 10,000 steps a day. It was raining. 

I looked at my steps and I had fallen short for the day. Tonight I had to go for a walk. 

It was raining outside. I’ve always liked walking, especially in the rain. I find it makes for great thinking time.
