I dreamed it was a new event thing.
It was called open house, but I think it was in Fort Pinta. But it didnt look totally like Fort Pinta. The layout was close, with walls surrounding the place and was on top of a cliff. But it didnt have the buildings in the middle, just the wall part. It was also colored like Jarlaheim.
It had a medieval theme, with stalls and the workers having medvieval clothing.
There was also three npc in a corner. Those npc would be randomize each time you arrived to the event. It was not sets, instead each npc spot was randomize. So you could get Thomas three times in a row while the other two changed.
When you talked to the npcs they would each say a small fact about jorvik history. Not nessessary medival facts but just general history. They would also follow you around. While pop up dialog with small facts comes up.
One of the NPCs could be Galloper. But it was a very rare thing and most players didnt get him or even know you could get him.
But when I pressed him I instead got sent to the basement of one of those towers. I think to fix a broken pipe or the like.
The dream shift though. Instead of being game play where I was like an eye in the sky, it become 'real' and I was 'physicaly' there.
I was holding a torch as we went down the stairway. Galloper was behind me to the side. I could see him somewhat in my sight to the side but I never looked at him directly.
He did say history facts like the other npc. (His history that he has experience) But instead of text dialog he actual spoke.
It sounded a little like his moaning in the game, very breathy and painful gasps. He spoke very low so it was very hard to make out what he was saying.
He mentioned something about his history before his beheading I think and I got shocked about it and turned around to look at him.
He had a head kinda. I dont remember it, it was like just a void, should be a head there but there isnt. But I remember he was smiling. Very big toothy smile. And then the dream cut off.
First thing first. It would have been cool to have an history event like this where you can just learn history from characters. Didnt need to add bunch of new dialog each year because its history and not about current events.
Second thing is that this is the third time I dream about someone not being there. When I say his head was a void. I mean it was like someone had taken a photo of a person and cut out the person prefectly. So you know its suppose to be a person there but they cut out and you no longer know whos suppose to be there.
It is the first time I can remember the voice, even if I cant remember what was said. The other two times I dont remember what they sounded like, when they spoke it was nothing, but people and me still reacted like there was sound.
Anyone good at dream reading? Would be interesting to know why I dream about characters that later gets removed.
