My 3 yo experienced her first harassment from a boy at preschool, and we’re all feeling tired. We’re talking to her teacher about it - we’re building her confidence to say No. It’s time to change the way we treat casual harassment. Let’s teach our kids what isn’t appropriate to do to other people, while they are still kids! Love you all Mayticks

same goes for all the girls doing this to boys. just because they’re kids doesn’t mean it’s acceptable. as much as people say it’s just them teasing each other, it’s a lot worse than that

It’s also more likely to be a GIRL harrassing a boy this way at this age, in my experience with a daughter and as a former little girl.

Why? What’s something that occurs more in media aimed at little girls than at little boys?

There were girls at my school who used to do this all the time. It only got worse when they realised that some of the boys didn’t like it.

Not just the girls at school, either. My aunts used to kiss me specifically to annoy me, or would threaten to do so as a punishment for something.
