This fought me every part of the way, but I NEEDED to draw Little Butcher Simon playing with the xenonite models and Grace giving him the fox keychain. You think a boy trained to kill ever got to really play with toys?? If Eden even had toys in the first place??? Doubt it.
regressor grace crying 11.9 light years away from earth because his stuffed animals aren’t with him. not because he needs them, but because they’re alone with no one to kiss them goodnight. what if they fall off where he last placed them on his bed and no one picks them back up? it’s scary and lonely on the floor :(
🐝 age appropriate? no! date everything is a game rated at M (mature 17+) due to content such as sexual themes, strong language, drug references, partial nudity and more. there is a content aware option though it focuses on the more extreme content (such as abuse) and there is some unavoidable mature content and characters! i recommend checking any warnings before playing and remember, it's always okay to turn something off if it isn't for you!!

🐝 age appropriate? maybe! in most places it is rated 13+ or TV-PG, aimed at young teens however many think it's suitable for 8-16, especially the earlier seasons - however it gets heavier in later seasons!! i recommend checking any warnings before watching and always, remember it's okay to turn something off if it isn't for you! <3

🌻 note: mha agere oh how i love you. i imagine sero regresses in an older age range 12-14, he's definitely like, the cool older kid kind of regressor where all the younger babies want to hang out with him super duper bad!! he also 100% adores sonic and no one can change my mind
🥀 - aizawa is a bit of a crunchy caregiver. his philosophy is that everything is fine as long as a kid’s needs are met— ‘fed is best’ but for just about everything. as an example, he isn’t fussed if a kid chooses not to wear shoes or if they wear something bizarre, as long as they’re comfortable and willing to wear anything at all then it’s fine. he truly cannot be bothered and the last thing he cares to do is fight with a baby on something that doesn’t really matter. he does highly prioritize keeping the kid healthy and will coax them to have better habits, but again, he won’t fight it unless there’s a reason to and he prefers to meet the regressor on their terms. cant sleep? let’s watch a movie and see how you do in a couple hours. won’t eat your veggies? neither will he tbh so let’s have some fruit instead. you want soda in your sippy cup instead of water? eh fine, but let’s give you both so he doesn’t get yelled at by mic or midnight for encouraging bad habits.
🥀 - that being said, he values the idea of natural consequences. he won’t make you wear a jacket out, but if you’re cold then you have to deal with that and he won’t fix it for you. he is completely immune to tears after years of causing students to cry and tantrums won’t move him, even in public because he genuinely doesn’t care at all about other people’s opinions. he will sit with a regressor while they have a meltdown/cause a scene and be completely unphased the entire time. he also doesn’t believe in punishments, really. he sees it as impractical and thinks that misbehavior, at its core, is rooted in a child having an unmet need. so, instead, he tries to meet that need instead of punishing the reaction— which is how he likes to engage with his students, as well.
🥀 - I once read a fic where aizawa used his capture weapon to swaddle a kid and attach them to his chest like a baby carrier so they could cuddle him and have that nice pressure while he worked and I’ve never stopped thinking about it since. he is very tactile and his love language is touch so he will hold a little, rock them, and keep them close— even if it means doing silly things like using his capture weapon like that. he truly doesn’t care how dumb he looks doing something as long as the regressor is happy and thriving. he has, on more than one occasion, gone to ua covered in stickers and marker drawings because of the artsy phase his baby was going through that morning and it’s so, so cute. he lets regressors play with and braid his hair, he lets them drag him into tea parties and dress up fashion shows, and he always engages with it. he’s really bad at playing, but it’s the endearing kind of bad and his deadpan approach to thing only makes things sillier.
🥀 - he has quite a bit of chronic pain and isn’t really able to physically run around with a hyperactive little since most of his downtime needs to be spent resting so he can still patrol. that said, he still tries to be as involved as possible when he’s dragged out. his favorite thing to do is take children for walks and watch them as they pick up random things to give to him— sometimes it’s nice rocks and sometimes it’s bugs, which makes for a fun surprise every time. he also likes pushing his kid on the swing and being forced to save them when they climb too high on a tree or jungle gym and get too scared to climb down alone. he also likes messing with his kid, telling harmless lies that only kids would believe or chucking a snowball at them and pretending it wasn’t him. it’s the little things that make parenting fun and he’s way more mischievous than most people would think.
🥀 - he treats kids the same way he treats stray cats, giving them space and offering them treats every time they get brave enough to come close to him. he knows that he’s rather intimidating so he tries his best to make himself as non-threatening as possible, keeping himself lower as to not tower over anyone and gently petting the regressor so they know he means no harm. he isn’t perfect, of course, and sometimes he comes off too harsh or irate and it scares them off. he’ll usually disappear into a different room for a while to cool off and reset— which also might not always be the best if the kid has abandonment issues. but he does really try his best. he’s never afraid to apologize when he’s done something wrong and he really encourages regressors to tell him when he’s upset them. his priority is always making sure that everyone feels safe.
