Drifter Grim

Once if I identified with individuals, I felt pain. Once if I identified with groups, I saw people who repelled individuals for it. So now I identify with no one; knowing I don’t belong. Having no passion anymore for any of them; labels of black and white. Yet, I’m still human. For if you still believe, I haven’t abandoned my humanity, for I have put it in a place that allows me to function free from its burning chains. Free from it all.
