Timeline
September 2nd, 1972: The youngest of four, Wendy is born a surprise child to Alicia and Calum.
She grows up in the small wizarding village of Merlinshire, somewhere near Craik Forest. Much of her childhood is spent visiting her grandmother at the Damh Manor, on Gordon Island near the Isle of Skye [the location of these homes are kept a close secret from muggles].
A week out of every summer is spent visiting her twin older siblings and their spouses in upstate New York. It is during such visits that Wendy learns to fly a broom from her brother-in-law, Roger (without her mother’s knowledge).
August 13th, 1976: Her hair is died permanently blue when Jacob tests a new spell called ‘Colovarius maximus’ with a broken wand on her. It goes seriously wrong and turns her skin variegated purple and yellow, her eyes red, and blue. Their parents are able to reverse most of the changes, except for her hair and one small lavender splotch on her left hip. Her hair becomes oddly impervious to all spells.
November 17th, 1980: The Gordon family cottage is burned down by death eaters. Wendy spends the next three years living with her grandmother until the war is over.
School year of 1981: Jacob Gordon disappears.
1983: The Gordons begin to rebuild the cottage.
1984 - 1991: Wendy attends Hogwarts. She is sorted into Ravenclaw like her brother before her. She meets many friends, and has lots of adventures searching for the Cursed Vaults.
Summer 1990: Wendy interns with Hagrid as assistant grounds keeper at Hogwarts.
June, 1991: Wendy begins her internship at the Ministry of Magic Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. She dates Percival Soot for 5 months.
January, 1992: Wendy is apprenticed with Barnaby Lee to Madam Elvira Pottlesworth, as a Magical Creatures Containment Specialist.
1992: Wendy finally falls in love with Ben Copper.
December 7th, 1993: Wendy and Ben Copper marry.
June, 1994: Wendy and Barnaby complete their apprenticeship and are commissioned as Magical Creature Containment Specialists.
March 18th, 1995: Matilda Rowan Copper is born.
1995 - 1998: Wendy and Ben are active members of Order of the Phoenix. Both participate in the Battle of Hogwarts. Wendy does not know she is pregnant at the time.
