Okay so like, I’m surprised I haven’t thought of this question before, but how the HELL did TR get so feral? What happened to him in hell?? 😭

Tr died with brain damage, to say the least. He also had a lot of pride and a refusal to see others as his equal.

Lots of the other sinners don't take to kindly to being told to kneel so he found himself constantly fighting. That and in the afterlife memories from the living are what keep holding you together even after being "killed" so as people forgot his hand full of civilized qualities, he forgot to.

I’ve meant to ask this forever, but I never wanted to sift through all the chapters to find this exact scene until now. So my question is, will we ever find out who is “Mama” and what is the symbolism behind the pot? Why did it elicit such fear in America’s subconscious?

He had a wife.

WHERE IS HIS WIFE?! WHERE IS SHE?!?

WHAT HAPPENED?!?

Or are these all questions spoilers that you can’t answer???

He had several wives and girlfriends over the years. Some of them were native American tribes, some were other countries. Most of them were treated about as well as you might expect ( *cough* poorly *cough*) and rightfully dumped his dumbass. Some were more violent than others. (Nueva Spain for example went to war with him)

As for him getting jump scared by the cat tapestry, he was just awake enough to register "large animal over me" and given everything else, reacted accordingly.

We don’t know much about Heaven’s Fall Weimar only of the sick twisted guy he became and recently I watched Spider-Man (2002). So this is my hypothesis, sort of my take on the insanity. I guess technically this is my own interpretation of the Weimar Republic in CH form, but it’s inspired off of what The League of Nations said to the Germanys’

I feel silly to ask this, but if America were undead in the Heavens Rise Series, what would his power be? My guess would be his healing factor is his power, but it can’t hurt to ask!

Definitely the healing factor.

Fun fact, because he is part of NATO, she would get 1/30 of whatever curse/magic he got. So depending on why he was undead, it could affect her too!

on my way home last night I stopped to buy gas and realized that my fuel door was almost completely covered in ice and frozen shut so I did the logical thing and crouched down and lifted my shirt and pressed my naked belly against it until it melted

Naked belly is most logical! Your body will always divert heat to keep it warm, whereas hands are an extremity that may be neglected. And your ass has way more fat and way less circulation and it will just get. SO COLD. and take forever to get warm even when you’re back in your toasty car. So you can take pride in using your brood patch!

Don’t ask why it took so long to draw him, but I finally did

My Russia design for the Heaven’s Fall series by Drizzletheraincat

I actually wanna share a small Headcanon. I’ve always seen Russia as being younger than America by like ten to twenty years for whatever reason. I haven’t a clue why, but I like to think they age like elves from Dungeon Meshi or something.

For this one I didn’t have to use my imagination muccch, mainly just from observation and events that happed throughout the story so far. I had an early design that looked different, but rereading earlier chapters gave me a clue as to one part of Russia’s outfit. That being the mention of a “light jacket” (Don’t quote me). Other than that I’ve given him a scarf that’s a reference to that blue and white striped shirt that every countryhumans Russia drawing had on in his fandom drawing. I know any other color would’ve looked much better for the scarf, but it has sentimental ties to it so there was no way I was getting rid of it for design sake. (I literally rushed to draw this once I realized the final book has been published and chapters are being added. I was like “VRO….I need to lock in and DRAW what I SAID I was going to draw before I start reading.”)

The important thing is to sort by weight of fabric. Denim with other heavy fabric. T-shirts with other light fabrics, gauze with other tissues paper. Ect

As I said in the post before, I felt like I needed more time in the kitchen to bake a good design for America. I believe I’m getting places because I don’t hate it as much I hated yesterday’s work!

Alaska!♡♡

Oh my goodness the colors were the worst part this time! I might revisit this when I’ve drawn all my favs, because there are definitely things that I might want to change in the future.

I’ll be honest, Alaska was not one of it favorites at the start of the first book Heaven’s Fall: Apocalypse. I found her so annoying back then, but not anymore! I’m trying to reread the whole series because it’s been a while and I wanna refresh my memories on all the events. Recent rereading, knowing where her and America’s relationship by the end of the most recent book, makes me understand her behavior a lot more.

Not only that but their father-daughter bond remind me of my own dynamic with my father. Granted he isn’t nearly as bad as America, but I get the feeling of having a father who wasn’t or isn’t always there for you and the thing with,,, bad habits like drinking and substances.

As always with every finished piece this is fan art for @drizzeltheraincat ‘s Heaven’s Fall series!

(I’m pushing these out like crazy, it’s cause school is out. I hope you like this one as well, drizzle, although it’s not as appealing as the others!)
