I say, what do I put here? This whole tumblr blog thing is really quite curiously fascinating, but very confusing. Maybe just a brief memo about myself? I'm Dr. Andrew Schrader. I've been studying and teaching archaeology for quite some time now. On the side I enjoy rare antiques, a puzzle here and there, and a practical joke every once in a while. ((Part of PL tumblrs. Artifacts from the Mesoamerican Civilization? And in good condition as well. That’s quite a catch, Andrew. It’s quite a pity their society declined. I’ve heard they’ve built a lot of religious centers near the Yucatan Peninsula. Although it isn’t a surprise since Maya priests played an important role in their society.

Indeed! And I'm pleased as punch to have received this opportunity, as you can well imagine. I'm lucky enough to have obtained a tablet inscribed with their unique hieroglyphics, I'm trying to translate it now.

Oh yes a very pivotal role, they were quite the devoted bunch to their religion and politics.

I'm quite fine, you'd be right. I'm keeping myself busy with these artifacts I've recently acquired. It's nice to be able to study them in private, and in my own flat, instead of some museum.

Ah Ambrosia, it doesn't seem like it was that long ago to be honest. Of course things like that never do, I enjoy looking over my research for it once in a while. There's such a marvelous, engrossing tale and history.

Ho, is that a shot at my age? I assure you I'm not that old yet!
