001. was your character “blipped” out ? if so , what did they return to and how is it affecting them . if not, who important to them was blipped out, and what did it feel like after those five years have passed ?
strange was blipped . he returned just in time to join what’s left of the avengers + guardians to defeat thanos . it felt odd coming back after those five years have passed . he was technically dead . and he returned to the sanctum to find that he’s no longer the sorcerer supreme because of it . it doesn’t seem so bad . just don’t tell wong that he thinks he’s done a good job of holding down the fort .
002. where are they living ? are they living with anyone ?
he’s currently living in the sanctum with the rest of the sorcerers who are located in new york and affiliated with the masters of the mystic arts .
003. why is your character affiliated with who they’re affiliated with ?
he initially focused on using magic to heal his hands and return to his career as a doctor . however , after gaining a deeper understanding of knowledge and aiding the masters in preventing earth from merging with the dark dimension , he decided to stay .

major friends : wong , christine palmer ( dude’s kinda lonely we know )

literally anyone who won’t jeopardize the safety of the fabric of reality . he’s not one to get involved in political conflict and has a tendency to keep an eye on the bigger picture .
006. what’s their current mental state at ? their physical state ?
physically , he’s fine . current mental state ? stephen is going through it a little bit especially after the events of casting that spell for peter . he’s trying to figure out a way to fix things without destroying the fabric of reality :)

there was a reason for that. most days steve tried not to think back on that world, not when the guilt of what he had left behind there weighed far too heavily on his shoulders. “i’m still not even sure where or what it was, really. all i know is it was… another world. dimension. reality. whatever you want to call it. time worked differently there. everything was different. it’s complicated.”
HE LETS OUT A light hum , hands crossing together as he listens to the blond man . stephen did always wonder how steve didn’t fuck up the fabric of reality by going back in time and never returning . however , hearing this ? it sounds like things were much more dire than he assumed initially assumed . “ the multiverse does exist and it sounds to me that you were unfortunate enough to get sucked into an alternate dimension . here i was thinking you decided to go back to your time . ”
“ it’s … a bit different . i don’t think he remember’s westview. ” it could be a blessing , or it could be a curse . still … a soft smile appears on her lips , she nods in agreement . “ it feels nice to be whole again . content , even . i don’t even mind that the boys are with sword . ”
@chaosmagiques // “ AND WOULD YOU SAY that’s a good or bad thing ? ” he can’t help but ask . “ westview was your own little universe for a while . ” and that anomaly was something in itself . head tilts to the side as he listens . “ that’s good to hear . ” at least that’s what he’d like to believe . “ it’s been so ... chaotic with ... ” he trails off , waving his hand around . “ well –– everything . ”
63. are you fussy about your books and music ? do you keep them meticulously organized or kinda leave them be ?
“ i’m definitely not as fussy as wong when it comes to books ... ” he jests . “ but for both , i'd like to keep them organized . it’s just easier that way . ” and you should see how he organized his watch collection from his pre-sorcerer days .
“ well , you do kind of dress like them already , what with the big cape and all , ” rhodey says easily . ( aside from that , the resemblance couldn’t be less , but he’s not above teasing people over their fashion choices ) “ so , y’know , maybe wizard is accurate ? ” he shrugs . “ oh yeah , that reminds me — i’m guessing you don’t completely know what’s going on with the portal and stuff , but do you have any theories ? ” rhodey doesn’t like to keep up with sword & shield’s investigations , preferring to stay out of things until he gets asked to help , but — well , if all the returned people are going to suddenly disappear or something , he’d like to know as soon as possible . “ or hypotheses . just , any more information than the shrugs everyone else can supply . ”
“ THE CAPE WASN’T EXACTLY a choice in my part , ” he can’t help but chuckle in amusement . the collars of his cape fold up , almost as if to look INSULTED by stephen’s insinuation . for someone who didn’t really want to be a hero , stephen was still here . “ i’m not entirely sure about the resurrections . the portals opening up to a multiverse was more of an accident than it was intentional . however , with the portals being multiversal , my theory is that the same thing happened , but instead the dead were somehow pulled from a timeline before it all happened . ” it makes the most sense to him . but at the moment , stephen as well as the rest of the magically inclined individuals who’ve volunteered to help were at a standstill .
𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 phone model from the sidewalk , terry looked onward to it’s owner leaving the phone without notice. the hero undercover chased behind them , finally reuniting with them terry caught a breath in his lungs. he exhaled , ❛❛ you dropped this back there , phew. you walk fast. cool model by the way. totally retro. ❜❜
BLINKS TWICE WHEN THE younger man approaches him . he’s slightly taken aback by the sheer energy the other gives off . “ thank you . ” takes his phone back from him . “ it’s mandatory to be a fast walker in new york of all places . ” stephen shrugs . “ retro ? that makes me sound way older than i am . ”
“ dressed like a matrix character too , ” tim says helpfully , snickering a little . “ black sunglasses , trench coat — hm , maybe that’s where he got the idea ? ” they aren’t sure which came first , it’s a little bit chicken and the egg , did mister e inspire the matrix or did the matrix inspire mister e — but that’s not really the point . “ hey , could be worse , ” tim says , “ you guys don’t have fairyland . or fairies . do you ? ”
“ OH JEEZE , ” stephen can’t help but snicker lightly . “ who knows ? for peace of mind let’s just say he took inspiration from the matrix . ” he’ll admit to himself that he’s now interested in meeting this so called ‘ mister e ’ as the young wizard put it . “ fairies ... ” the sorcerer trails off with a start . “ not that i know of but anything’s possible . we’ve got people from different universes and dead people coming back to life so it’s safe to say that i won’t be dismissing the existence of fairies . ” and he won’t voice just how ridiculous it all sounded .
“ I can sense some weird…tension thing going on, ” he doesn’t look up yet but instead, keeps working. he’s been doing that a lot lately: burying himself so deep in anything he can think to work on, just to avoid some crappy ted talk about how life goes on and yada…yada. truthfully he wasn’t sure if he’d ever be ready to hear it ( what could someone say about his death ). “ definitely busy and you’re ruining the whole vibe BUT I can recommend a great masseuse, ” clicking his tongue as he thinks about it. “ — well, that’s if they’ve not packed up shop — purple jabba did do quite the number on a couple of decent businesses. ”

IT WAS STILL A bit of a surprise to see tony at shield . however , the level of sarcasm that came from the older man was to be expected . “ i was just in the area , ” stephen comments . “ figured i’d pop in and say hi . ” it was the respectable thing to do . and he won’t admit it , but stephen despised how the events had to play out . “ but thanks for the recommendation . i’ll be sure to pass it a long . ” despite his desire to stay unaffiliated when it came to entities like shield and sword , he’s still a consultant of sorts especially in the ways of magic . “ didn’t expect you to be at shield . you always struck me as an anywhere-but-here type of person . ”

not surprising but strange installs his computer updates almost immediately . no point in procrastinating because at the end of the day he’s gonna have to take time out of his day to update it .
wheel of fortune: how well / badly does your muse take setbacks on their goals ?
he doesn’t take setbacks badly per se , but stephen’s a very prideful and albeit arrogant man and won’t admit it even if he were to face a setback . however , he views setbacks as more of a challenge and will do anything he can to better his understanding . his biggest setback being his time at kamar-taj .
justice: does your muse find it easy to be impartial in emotional situations ?
stephen finds it easy enough to be impartial in emotional situations . since becoming a sorcerer , his view on the world has changed . despite his level of detail-orientation as a surgeon , he now finds himself focusing on the bigger picture and maintaining balance rather than hyperfixating on the minutiae of things .
@reshieldedstart😼it’s an easy job they have to pull off in the next couple of minutes and far lower on the illegal scale ( though not completely off of it ) than felicia’s usual stuff. after all, it’s related to their actual business. three, two, one ——— “oh!” felicia exhales as she pretends to clumsily bump into someone they’d been tailing. “i’m so sorry!” it’s so natural, the way she sneakily puts a tracker on the target, apologising and watching them walk away mumbling something under their breath. felicia looks at them, fingers waving goodbye. felicia smirks at how oblivious the target is. another task well done. they turn around in their heels, beaming with pride. this time, though, they actually bump into someone, completely unplanned. “my bad,” she says quickly, gathering herself. “the sidewalks are more crowded than usual today, aren’t they?”
WHY STEPHEN DIDN’T JUST portal himself back to the sanctum as soon as he spotted the crowd , he’ll never know . perhaps part of him knew he needed some fresh air . or well , as fresh as it can get in the city . either way stephen isn’t an entirely a fan of the crowds and judging by his cape’s reaction , neither was it . he barely just grazes past a pedestrian before another figure collides into him . “ just a bit , ” he shrugs , eyes shifting from the crowds to the blonde in front of him . “ but it’s rush hour so what can we expect ? ”
clint rolls his eyes though a smile does end up appearing on his face upon seeing stephen. “i’m not a consultant, can’t imagine i’d be a very good one,” he continues, “but i just… check in every now and then.” and end up putting himself in situations where he does more than just that.
A LIGHT SMIRK OF amusement graces the sorcerer’s features . “ well you must be doing something right if shield doesn’t mind you returning every now and then , ” stephen points out . “ or are you also helping out at sword too ? ”
“ can you make a portal and teleport me out of this goddamn city ? is that a thing ? just send me to another planet at this point. ”
“ TECHNICALLY SPEAKING , I CAN . ” can’t help but look slightly amused at the blonde’s words . “ i can’t tell if you’re being serious or not . ” he’s confident in his dimensional and inter-dimensional travel abilities . but he's not exactly willing to risk it right now after botching a spell for peter that he’s STILL trying to fix .
𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝 but a best friend , clea’s heart ached that things weren’t how they used to be. with the weight of their responsibilities it was difficult to make room for . . . them. and while clea knew this was the consequence of marrying a sorcerer in line to become the next supreme , her urge to be satisfied as his wife was still present. but her stubbornness that rivaled his own placed their relationship at a standstill. stephen’s response caused clea to roll her eyes , but she understood his sentiment. he was never the type to wear his heart on his sleeve anyways. ❛❛ hmm , ❜❜ she began with a mischievous expression. ❛❛ well. i wouldn’t want to make you jealous. ❜❜
OH HOW HE WISHED things were back to how they were . y’know , before thanos attacked and he got blipped . it was a simpler time and he misses it . she’s one of the very few that’s able to lower his guard . he married his best friend and what more could you ask for ? but as stephen’s responsibilities grew , so did the distance between him and clea . unfortunately for her , he has a terrible habit of getting too involved with his work . it was unfair to assume they’d be fine . eyes trail up to her mischievous expression . “ jealous ? ” lips curl up into a light smirk as he brings his drink up to his lips . “ i wouldn’t say jealous maybe fomo ? i was gone for five years . ”
