For those of you that think Beyonce's performance during half time of the superbowl was "racist" or for those of you that said "how would you feel if we went out there with white sheets on", LISTEN UP. Beyonce supporting #BlackLivesMatter is not racist. The performance was her way of showing support for something she believes in that needs to be addressed. And the original Black Panthers wanted equality for all, where as the KKK just wanted White Supremacy. So comparing the two really doesn't make me happy. And the fact that almost every person I've seen say these things were white males says a lot. White males will never have to have to worry about facing the amount of oppression that others have faced. I praise Beyonce for having the courage to go out there and do that performance, knowing the amount of criticism she would have to face afterwards. So I'm not about to sit here and watch you all post about shit you don't even know about, shit you've never had to go through. So next time you want to critisize a celebrity or anybody for that matter for standing up for something that's RIGHT, you might want to take a look at what you're making yourself out to be before you do.
