Sometimes I just wanna get away. Away from everything and everyone. Some days I just wanna be by myself. Is that such a bad thing? I always thought I need to learn to be alone.
Itās getting colder. What better way to heat up than this warm matcha and conversations.

Iāve been doing this Miracle Morning thing. I havenāt really been doing all that you are supposed to do but Iāve been consistent in waking up early, usually at 5:00 AM and Iāve been going for 5K runs. Felt really good being ahead of everyone in starting the day. Doing these runs made me become more disciplined, and helps me in callusing my mind. Iāve also been pretty consistent with fasting. Hopefully I get to continue doing this despite the shift changes at work:)
How are you guys doing? Keep safe especially with this virus still lurking aroundššš

Good Day Loves!
Made shakshuka today and it tasted so good. I just wanna say that today Iāve finally deactivated my Instagram account. Reason being was I spend too much time scrolling on that app which by the way ends up with me comparing my life with other people. This habit of always wanting to post something daily has got to stop. Iāve always wanted to try this but kept on going back to it again. This time around Iāll make it work. Im gonna do my best not to activate it again till my vacation to Philippines. So wish me luckš

Update: Iāve been pretty consistent with my workouts lately. And Im happy to say Iāve been going to the gym for more than 2 weeks now. Sad part though is that I appear to have grown bigger!!! šš· I think this is due to me making all this matcha drinks and going heavy on the maple syrup. So now Iāve decided to go on intermittent fasting again and promise to go easy on the sugary stuffs. Wish me luck. Got 3 more months to go before I turn 30.
Made this today . Im so in love with the colors. Making matcha lattes make me so happy and is just so relaxing. Hope you guys had a good dayš
Update: Almost a year have passed now and I still havenāt accomplished any of my goals from my last post. I know I was being a lazy ass and had been in this vicious cycle of starting a self improvement idea but was very bad at finishing those tasks. Many things have happened since my last post, I lost myself and it came to a point that I had no idea why I ended up in such a bad state. I need to regain myself. So this is my first step in that process. Slowly but surely I will get there and Iām taking you guys with me ^_^
On the other note: Hereās a pic of the last cookie Iāve baked and savored to the last bite. Iām gonna try my best to stay away from them until my birthday. Its gonna be hard T-TĀ

So this is me here, trying to take a good shot of how messy my life isš (my room). In a few days time Iāll be turning 29 and Iām trying to take challenges which can help me build new habits. These include waking up at 5 am, learn to play the piano, Travel solo, Read 30 books before 30, Minimalism and etc.. I guess what Im trying to say is its a New Start/ blank slate, so wish me luck! I forgot to say Iām travelling solo to Paris on the 18th. Thatās another one off my list.ššš

At 180lbs I will have a baseline of 1980 calories + 400 calories means that I have a caloric need of 2380 calories - 750 caloric deficit will give me a target 1630 calories. Ā My daily intake will be 4 servings of vegetables, 3 servings of fruit, 4 servings of proteins, 3 servings of carbs, 1 serving of healthy fats and cheeses (this is gonna kill me because I love cheese and avocado), 1 serving of seeds, and 4 teaspoons of oils or seed/nut butter. Ā
I wonāt religiously stick to this (I might fill a small orange container with cheese, seeds, peanut butter, avocado, or animals crackers) but I love that it gives me a great baseline and itās easy for me to know how much Iām eating and what. Ā
Weāll see what happens. Ā
