This blog is exactly what it sounds like: a dump, and that's precisely what most of the internet is. This is my little corner where I deposit my thoughts, hopes, dreams, and maybe a shit post here and there. Although it may be a dump now, I hope this blog can flourish into something uplifting in the middle of the shitshow that has become the internet. Not unlike a cute little duck rescued from a catastrophic oil spill in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico.

What are ways you manage or have managed anxiety? Here are a few of mine:

1. Lots of writing. Blogging, jounaling and even outlining. ✍️🏽

2. Creating something. Crafts are fun! 🎨

3. Decluttering or organizing. Cleared areas clear thoughts. 🧠

4. Visiting or meet-up a friend! Pizza, wine and talk therapy is life. 🍕🍷

5. Watching movies. Family & faith centered storylines are my favorite. 🎬

6. Taking a nap! Or laying down to rest. 🛌
