the reason why Mitsuba had to die is because she was the only female character who hasn't revolved her personality around a man

Some might say Krul was also like that but I argue that even though she wasn't romantically interested in any guy, the way her character changed after it was revealed she had older brother was just something else. Like, she literally went from threatening Mika to break his hand because he was questioning her to not doing anything when Shinoa and Mitsuba vomited all over her. She also became completely uninterested in anything that wasn't her brother even though in the begging of the series she was clearly caring about her position among vampires. And was generally more passive than before.

I think the best way to describe my opinion about Shinoa in this chapter is "she is, may heaven forgive her, right but being annoying about it"

I never liked the idea of resurrection but the way Shinoa explained why she's opposing it was so so bad.

To say "But isn't the ability to die beautiful?" to someone who saw their child sister being murdered in front of their eyes is just horribly insensitive and obviously fight starting.

And to immediately follow it by "we gonna vote about dropping resurrection plan and if you vote differently than me you'll become my enemy" is so - like what are you expecting? You really think that someone can make a complete change of their beliefs in amount of minutes? After you just used argument that made him validly angry?

Though in this manga stuff like this is possible so maybe in next chapter Kimizuki will be like "you're right Shinoa, after spending half of my live taking care of my sister only to watch her being killed, and then being given hope I can resurrect her which became my goal that I was ready to fight my friend for I will just abandon this plan and go to enjoy my youth, because that what you told me to do 5 minutes ago".

A thing I really appreciate about the change in the anime's art style is the evolution of Lizzy's hair.

I absolutely despised them in the first seasons, they looked so stiff and hard and reminded me of a step drill.

I was convinced that being hit with those pigtails would cause bruises.

They started to look like hair in the Atlantic movie, where they are clearly fluffier and softer, but at the same time the shape of the curls becomes very delicate and has that greenish shade.

And now, in recent seasons, her curls have pretty defined shape, while still looking soft and bouncy, finally losing that undertone.

A thing that suprises me about kuroshitsuji fandom is its lack of interest in official AUs.

Every time a new volume is released it comes with illustration and description of diffident story and I almost never see anyone talk about it. There is just so much fanfic potential and it's completely not used
