I’ll going to conduct a open forum to understand them all and giving advice to assist their thinking self
I'll encourage them to join some organization or groups that can build their confidence.
I'll let my student to choose their peer in groupings and have a work together.
I'll orient my student to the school rules and house rules in order to prevent any accidents.

Module 5. Activity 1
When i was in my primary level i remember some of my teacher specially my favorite and my enemy teacher(Takot po ako sa kanila). One of my favorite subject is Science and Hekasi because every topic my teacher in Science show a experiment or gives example about something that makes the class interesting, he also let the whole class to try it, we are like playing but we are learning. Then in Hekasi was the 1st subject that gives clue of my dreams, to became a soldier. My teacher discuss the act of our heroes and their life become interesting like the teacher introducing another hero aside from fictional heroes and also start of my curiosity of places.

Then in my secondary level i remember some of my teacher specially in the private school they are like friends that giving advice but with limitation. My teacher in Values and P.E is my favorite because in that stage i enjoy playing sports and the time that i want to become a good boy(a role model) specially when the class of Values because my teacher always give a reward. Those memories of mine will always in my heart also that was a permanent memories, as of now all of my teacher i still remember them all, they help me to recall some teaching strategies, method and approach that ca help me when i became a teacher.

1. My teacher in grade 7 let me take special quizzes because i had appendicitis surgery (3 weeks absent).
2. My teacher in SHS let the class to eat inside the classroom while he was teaching.
3. The teacher hangout with the students to build strong bonds.
4. The teacher gives free education consultation (tutor)
5. The house rules of the classroom made by the student and teacher.
Efficient
1. One of my teacher in grade 7 did not allowed me to take special quizzes because of 3 weeks absent.

3. My teacher in SHS did not allowed me to enter classroom because of 15 minutes late.

My Experience at School (Teaching Vs. Learning)
During my Elementary day's, I can say that some of my leanings was involved a strong relationship with my classmate. I admit that i am not always listen to my teacher and always talking to my seatmates, but in topic aligned of the discussion so that i want to share my some team building in my life.
In this picture i was 12 years old. In my house if i feel hungry i always ask favor to my grandmother to cook some foods and she said that "Aba matanda kana matuto kana dapat magluto, hindi puro lamon ka lang" but in this time while in team building i started to watch some of my classmate cooking a dinner for the whole class and i joined them and starting to cook by myself.
My next team building is at Ilocos Norte and Sur because my school in Junior High School always want to have a field trip and team building. This is my first time to go out of town without my family. I mean "lumayo ng sobra" i feel like i am independent during that time. I've learned so many things about how to live in our own and got some "kapal ng muka". I also i learned how to communicate proper with other people and cooperation with my classmate or groupmates.
At this moment, I am a Senior Highschool Students and that time is a day that we take an Examination but before that day i pay attention to my teacher and always listening and i reviewing my notes at home before that day.
While we are waiting for the next subject we are all go to SM Aura one of my classmate ask some questions and recall some topics and after hearing that i realized that my understanding is not what really defined the topic so that i feel disappointed but thanks to my classmate for some clarification, and after that during we are all have free time we always exchanging some information to help each other, "we review as one".
In this picture i am a College Student and at this level i have so many things that I've learned in school, outside the school, experience of my classmate and etc, and in that moment we're all in Laguna having my Organizational Team building (SPL) There are some games that's put knowledge to me specially those questions that i have a wrong answer so that i can't forget that question now.
Now what i am trying to say is Learning is part of our life we live for to learn some many information or knowledge about everything. While in teaching is a passion that a partner of learning. all the learnings that we've got is we need to share to others. At school i must say that some of students learn from teaching but they more gain knowledge when they exchanging information and that was the cycle. Now i am future teacher and folk dancer and this field was involved a teaching-learning cycle.
People don't remember what you try to teach them. They remember what you are, and that is what they learned along with the knowledge. The object of teaching a child is to enable him to get along without a teacher, and that relationship is what you called "LEARNING" and i believed that "Learning is finding out what you already know. Doing is demonstrating that you know it. Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you. You are all learners, doers, teachers". Thank you!

Benjamin Franklin
Benjamin Franklin is one of the Founding Father, a inventor, politician, scientist, printer, polymath. Franklin negotiated the 1783 Treaty of Paris ending the Revolutionary War, also he helped to draft the Declaration of Independence and the U.S Constitution.
One of his famous quotes is "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn."
As a Education Students and a future teacher i strongly agree of what Benjamin said. Being a teacher or educator you have to need a connection to your students. Don't just say some information, because some of your student are not interested or listening, also it is not all about demonstrating to your students because they didn't know how is the proper action or essence of the lecture.
For example a boy who wants to learn how to play basketball, and he is always reading books, listening to his idol of some advice. What do you think is the results of what he do to learn basketball and if he go in real basketball court, what he will be end up to?
Now what i wanted to say is you need to involved your students to your lesson in order to have a connection to completely learned all of your students and this technique also catch the attention and they will focus to you in the whole time class.
Like in my current school University of Makati they let Education Students to do some practice teaching in classroom and giving some situation how you will handle it. Hopefully we understand the meaning of what Benjamin Franklin said from his famous quotes.
