Hello hellooo! I've been reading your TFP Monster AU so far and it's wonderful.
Tho I'm curious about their design, are the mutations like some sort of their punishment? Like "Knockout being proud of his looks? How about we add spikes to that" or "oh Soundwave is looking too emotionless? Let's fix that" or I'm reading this too deep?
Idk.. either way I can't wait for what's to come next!

So when I was making the designs, I wasn't really thinking of them as punishments. They were just wacky and freaky designs I wanted them to have.
I've always been a sucker for monsters and creepy stuff, but there's also a scale to the mutations. For example, Knockout isn't insane or hostile like some of the others, and his mutations aren't super extreme, just changed legs and many spikes (for now). This is because he consumed very little of the pink Energon.
Now Megatron had a lot of the pink Energon, so his mutation was more on the extreme end with his tentacles. That goes with Dreadwing and Airachnid, since they also drank a lot.
Now Soundwave's mutation is different and will be covered in later chapters, so I won't really be talking about his much, other then the fact I really liked the idea of him having a face, but it's completely wrong and not normal to Cybertronians at all
There's a whole reason regarding the pink Energon and mutations that'll get explained in future chapters once we reach, what I should say is the climax of it all.
But I love the theory. Hope this answered you and explained a bit more. If you have anything else to ask about this specific thing just comment :)

Monster Au sketches
I made some sketches of some of the Monster Au characters and their designs. Kinda ignore the bodies since I half assed those, but Knockouts is fine. I was more focused on the faces
Also, a few notes, Megatron gets the tentacles in his neck later on, so the current chapters he doesn't have them. I'm also not great at drawing Transformers so spare me 😭

Making a Transformers Prime fic of an AU I've had in my brain for ages. So, long story short, all the Decepticons but Starscream become infected and mutated, some big changes some little, and some are out to kill him :D

Her name is Chloria, and she can produce chlorine gas out of her skin. She was a supervillain who was mostly vengeful and happened to kill many people in the process.
Fun fact, she was a character I made as a science project in like...shit, eighth grade? It was a project where we made a superhero or supervillain out of an element from the periodic table. I picked chlorine and made Chloria.
Her design was slightly different but it's pretty much the same. Green girl, fishnets, the whole outfit is basically the same with a few minor changes
