valentine jewellery box??

so I was going thru my SDB and I found a valentine jewellery box, thought i could open it so i took it out but I can literally do nothing with it

so I went onto the jellyneo item database, but all it says is “ This item was obtained by redeeming a $10 Boxed Neocash Card in January and February of 2009.”

so like,,,,, is it just a useless item or is there a way to open it or? lm ao
