Oh. It's you. Well, greetings, I guess.
Well, almost two hundred years ago the volcano on Vvardenfell erupted, making much of the northern part of the province inhospitable. The Argonians of Black Marsh decided to take advantage of the situation and invade the southern half of the province, and they hold much hatred toward us.
If you wished to travel through Morrowind, there is little to stop you, as these events happened a while ago. However, there is not much worth seeing, and the people who remain there have every reason to be unwelcoming.
Ah. I. See. [Ashe looked surprised before nodding. He was definitely out of his normal element in this place.]
I did not know the situation, I apologize. On a lighter note, what do you do around here?
*She shook her head, not offended.* It is fine. The Argonian thing we brought upon ourselves, so little sympathy is expected on that matter.
As for what you can do in Skyrim? Anything, I suppose. Just do not do it around witnesses that care, like guards and townspeople. There are many towns and villages you could visit, as well as shrines and temples, though some can be challenging to get to.

A pleasure to meet you, Messere. My name is Asheriel Amell, a traveling mage. I pray this day finds you well.ă
It is nice to meet you as well, Asheriel. I am Aralin.
[Ashe looks over the elf for a moment and nods]
I have not seen an elf quite like you before, Aralin, and I apologize if this sounds rude but, might I ask what you are? I hail from Thedas, and have traveled quite far so⊠I am afraid to say I do not know much about the area yet.
Thedas? I have not heard of such a place before. Regardless, I am a Dunmer, though many men prefer to simply call us Dark Elves. Our homeland is Morrowind, but I advise you to not travel there. It is not the nicest place to be at the present time.
Interesting. I have never met a Dark Elf before. I will keep that in mind, but do you mind if I ask what is wrong in Morrowind? It must be bad if it is worse than the dragon infestation I am hearing about,.

A Confession
I found myself on that walkway again that night. I didnât know it, but I would spend a very large portion of time on this particular walkway. It was one of those faux-cobbled ones that led up to a house that was nicer than any Iâd been in before. The stone was beautifully placed and shaped, and the surrounding lawn was a perfect spring green. The flowers around the path were bright and colorful, and seemed to be all year round.

And now there are nine-damned GODS tramping on my thrice-damned cabbagesâŠ
Calm down, Argonian. I mean you and your cabbages no harm unless you give me reason to.
This movie had a greatâŠplot.
yes, the⊠plot.. very grippingâŠ
((you see all those blobby things in the background?
yeah thatâs me
exploded
Excellent⊠plotâŠ))
((Plot... was definitely my favourite... part...
Definitely...))
How did Dat Peen feel?
I am fairly certain I have answered this question before...
It is painful, but that does not detract from the pleasure, and I suppose I am accustomed to it now.
TMI Tirdas Time!
((It's Tuesday where I'm at (Australia), so I think I might kick things off on time for me for a change. Send me ANY questions you'd like me to answer. I will have no shame, though Aralin might.))
It is fine, Khajiit. The feeling is mutual. *She looked at the Nord, but didnât pull any faces. She stayed polite.* I appreciate such a welcome though. Acknowledgement, no matter how⊠opinionated⊠is better than ignorance.
*She turned to the Argonian especially though.* You need not worry about me, unless you have enemies that would wish you dead. In fact, my choice in occupation should be the least of your concerns.
Most assassins Iâve come across usually are trying to kill me. So I might be a little biased. Rather a lot of people that want me dead.
Your type and mine though, we arenât really so different. Weâre paid killers. You might be more âdiscreetâ than my methods, but thereâs no denying weâre similar. You have your ways, I have mine.
((I wish I could stay and reply more, but Iâm signing off for the night (Itâs about 2 AM here). Iâll be on a lot after I wake up, though, so I hope to see something from you! I have a feeling my Mr. Grumpy-Gills Argonian is becoming a new favorite character of mine))
I never said we were different. I simply said you should not be concerned about me. I am talking to you, why would I kill you if I am making my presence known in such a way?Â
Besides, I would hardly tell you if those were my intentions in the first place. Though, if it eases your mind, I am not aware of any particular person wishing you death. If there is, they have not talked to me about it. *She left the 'yet' off the end of the sentence, though by the way she'd said it, it hung silent in the air.*

You. Grey-skin. Stay out of my way and Iâll stay out of yours. Sound fair?
Brynja! Stop being so mean to the new friend! This one apologizes for Brynja⊠Sheâs not really to fond of any of the mer.
Well MaâSahar, she has her reasons, we have ours. Whatever anyone elseâs are, I welcome you~
Oh⊠An assassin⊠Great, just great.

âIt is, but the inn is hardly going anywhere. Besides, your company is better than those I am more likely to find inside, unless you would rather I not talk to you,â she explained. As if to prove her point, she had to step out of the way of the door as a couple of men - a Nord and an Imperial - came barging out, either in a drunken brawl or a friendly fistfight. Aralin didnât pay them too much mind, once she was standing out of the way.
âMy company?â He chuckled. âWell, if ya say so.â He hardly batted an eye at the two drunks, more than used to seeing that around.
ââM DâJar. I hunt for a livinâ all around Skyrim, but I tend to end up back here in Dawnstar. How about ya?â
Instead of standing there awkwardly, she pulled up a chair politely, not wanting to intrude on him too much. She had too much manners for that. When the two drunk men had decided to take their brawling further down the street, Aralin's attention when back to the Khajiit.
"It is a pleasure to meet you then, D'Jar. I am Aralin. I am from Morrowind, though I am living in Whiterun now."
For the next hour I'll answer every single one of your extremely personal messages, even if you're anon.
Aralin concluded he must live in Dawnstar, then. Still, she couldnât tell if he knew of the Sanctuary that was just outside of the town, and so she played it safe.
âI am not quite permitted to disclose that. I apologise,â she said with a small smile, to show that it was nothing personal.Â
He snorted, shrugging. âAlright. Sounds a bit fishy, but we all have our secrets.â He chuckled, putting his bow away. âThe inn has good prices and decent food, if thatâs what youâre lookinâ for.â
