the other end of it tho is rlly sweet. like i was going through such a destructive time w mental health/personal life. i was unmedicated, i was being abused, i wanted to die all the time, i tried to kms... it was rough man. i think about it now and yeah that was pretty bad

but through it all i had this dumb app. i made friends, we had cute posts that are now kind of embarrassing to look at. people loved my art even tho looking at the old stuff now, uhhh.... i dont wanna call it ugly, but its ugly lmao. but people liked it and they told me about it. i found community. people LIKED me despite the cringe, its nuts.

the best birthday i'd ever had back then was the year during peak mcu fandom era a bunch of my marvel friends made beautiful, creative, amazing gifts for me. it wasn't coordinated. i just had friends who cared about me. i was so lonely all the time and this silly app gave me such a gift jeez

like yeah most of it is such cringe GOD ugh. i was also a walking cry for help jfc. i absolutely made marvel my whole personality. but even that is understandable now. it was an escape and it made me happy and the friends i made, the fun inside jokes, sharing thoughts, fics, art all because we loved something so much- that's neat. i think it probably kept me alive back then tbh. now, all i have are memories and that's kinda sad, but it's like, man....that's cool as hell. that's so cool that that happened to me.

im still deleting most of this shit though lmaoo
