estrogen varies day to day. Ive spiked it SUPER high above the reference range then a week later it was back mid level. Never taken any AI's etc. I feel they are just too toxic. If your E is too high you are using too much anabolics, eating too much fat, have too high body fat etc. Adjust diet and lifestyle so you can stay at your goal range. High estrogen is better than low estrogen though. Esterogen is very very important hormone. Never block it as you can lower it naturally.

Hey Dr, I have hashimotos Can I still do your protocol ? Have you had people with Hashimoto? I've been eating vegan high carb low fat for two months and I'm actually doing very well. If you did my protocols sooner your thyroid would have been supported and you wouldnt have gotten it. That said you will find your best thyroid health on my protocols. Caffeine is a BIG driver of hashimotos.

What do you think of 9-speed groupsets? I ask in context of your recent vintage bent. I personally ride a hybrid bike with a 2x9 Alivio set-up: 44-32, 11-36 Was considering changing the front to 38-22, for more range on hills around here in Montreal, and also almost never use top-gear. But otherwise works perfectly fine for everyday commuting. All the bike mechs I spoke with say 9-speed is much easier to work on and more reliable / durable if you can put up with the larger jumps. Your thoughts?

9spd is great! I rate it.
