Because also like, what if you didn't know you were trans? If you discovered it later and had to come to realisation that the body you were frozen in was never going to change to reflect who you are (if medical transition was something you needed/wanted). OR if you didn't know and you wake up hungry for blood but now also you have boobs?? For some reason??? And you don't know how to feel about it?? Like how would you even begin to process that???

Idk I think you could just have a lot of fun writing either pure fluff fantasy or pure angst with a trans vampire whichever way you went.
