I have recently started dressing up in my desired gender's clothing outside (In my campus, semi controlled area).

I dress queer enough to get stares, but not queer enough to get asked or assumed (They just assume my clothing's from a culture they're unfamiliar with, due to the large number of cultures in my country).

I dislike my face - Immensely. It's too birth gendery. Keeps me from being my gender. I dislike my body too, but that gets hidden under the clothes.

In reflections in windows though, those details are lost. I am left with a blur with the right kind of hair, the right kind of clothes and a hidden body.

I feel happy when I see that. It feels good. I stop and admire what I'm seeing for a few seconds.

I hope I never get used to that feeling. It is one of the few things in my day that make me happy.
