“Really? We’ve been doing this kinda thing since we were kids, I guess you could say we’re sorta civil servants around here.” He joked, though it was a little more than the truth. “Personally I think they only ask us because we can get Love Handle to play the benefit concerts sometimes.”

When she smiled at him he had to smile back bright and like a supernova. Beaming with absolute excitement when she asked about specific departments.

“Oh man are they ever! I’m in drama club myself, I direct and build a lot of the effects technology for a ton of the productions. I’d write the music myself but something else always comes up. The talent show is coming up, you should totally audition! I can even practice with you, if you want?”

   she was more than interested in the new school , holding books close to her chest as she walked along side the other. glancing around the halls to try and keep up with every new person who passed her. which she was realizing was a impossible task

“Pretty much! We do a little bit of just about everything around here.” He grinned brightly, keeping pace with a noticeable bounce in his step. Waving to people as they passed and pointing out rooms of note, and a few modifications he and the gang had made since coming back from summer.

Phineas laughed sheepishly. “Well it really helps that between my brother and our friends we host a lot of fundraising events. Whenever the school needs more money the student council basically asks us for help.”

stares off about high school!phineas and how he probably did 10000 things with ferb and no one understands how they do it all while still maintaining waayy above average grades.

phin being the undisputed king of the drama club without even realizing it because he directs or does the effects for all the productions (he keeps getting asked too tbh it brings in bigger crowds.) having to be stopped by ferb and isabella from auditioning too cause that's doing too much.

not even being in the science or robotics clubs but baljeet asks for their help so often they might as well be. their officially consultants and just help everyone with their ideas tbh.

phin raising money for the lacking music and arts programs with concerts.

being so popular that even tho he doesn’t nominate himself his name ends up on school ballots all the time. he turns down being student council president all 4 years hes in high school ok. 

 phin and ferb sharing class valedictorian but ferb makes the speech and it just BLOWS PEOPLE'S MINDS.

He laughed sheepishly, blushing and scratching at his cheek. He’d received compliments before, but from Isabella it just seemed all the more real.

“Me? What about you! I’ve never known anyone like you, and I’ve been all over the world and met all kinds of people. I built a backyard beach, rode robot rodeo bulls through the mall and more, but nothing compares to the stuff you do. You’re the most amazing, fearless person I know.”

A pause. “Except for my brother, but Ferb doesn’t play so.”

Plus there was still so much more to do before school starts next fall.

“Oh man you shoulda seen it Perry, we built this really awesome go kart track, it went all over danville! I mean I thought Ferb and I had it in the bag but Isabella and Gretchen just came out of nowhere. We probably could have let Buford put fewer boobytraps on his and Baljeet’s, but it was pretty harmless in the end. Ferb and I had a water balloon slingshot so, it was about even.”
