I did a little digging and apparently the NCVS, National Crime Victimization Survey, claims there were less than 10 white on black rapes in those 11 years. Zero, less than 10... Does it really fucking matter? To say that Black on White rape is fucking disproportionately high would be a major fucking understatement.
